The perfect home away from home!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Dawn Condo! The condo was so well equipped it felt like home! The ocean views from the bedroom and living room were breathtaking! It was the first time we stayed in Galveston. We wanted a place to host my daughter and grandchildren who live in Houston. It was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The condo grounds were beautifully kept highlighted with a gorgeous pool area. We found it very charming and inviting overall. Would definitely rebook!!!

Marvelous Get-a-way

I have been going to Galveston off and on for over 30 years. I have made probably 20 trips and have stayed at numerous different establishments but this was by far the best. My friends call me a neat freak because I want everything clean and organized. And let me tell you, this condo is just that. And the beds were super comfortable and with a bad back that is very important. I especially liked the extra depth of the balcony. Most places I have stayed have very narrow balconies but this one was large enough to have a nice size patio table which was perfect for sitting and watching the waves. I am still amazed at how clean the condo was and it truly comes with everything you need for a great stay. I would definitely like to stay there again. Didn't want to have to leave. And the owners are really super. I spoke with them several times during the arrangement process and they are truly nice and considerate people. I couldn't ask for better owners. I highly recommend this condo for anyone wishing to have a great get-a-way to Galveston! Enjoy!!!!!!

A wonderful condo with awsome views and location. Easy access to everything. The owner was extremely helpful in scheduling our stay and everything about our stay in this unit was great. Very clean, with all the amenities you could need. We cannot wait to go back and stay in this unit. Really great experience.

The Dawn Condo that we rented from the Randeria's is beautiful, clean, modern, the perfect size and stocked with everything you need. I appreciated it's location in regards to 61st Street. We did a bit of walking to and from. The pool area was nice which we did take advantage of once and the view of the ocean from our condo was spectacular! I highly recommend staying here, although be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. We loved it!

This condo was perfect for us, a family of 6! It was clean, comfortable, and roomy with everything we needed as far as appliances, dishes, cookware and linens. Walmart is just a block away yet hidden from the condo view. Views were spectacular! Ocean on one side and pool on the other. Gated, off-street parking. Fitness center was small but had everything we needed. Easy beach access by foot or vehicle. Owners were very pleasant to work with. Can't say enough good things - can't wait to go back!

Beautiful View & Restful Atmosphere

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was elegantly decorated, yet simple and uncluttered. The bedrooms were spacious and it was great having the two bathrooms. The off kitchen laundry was so handy. We enjoyed using the balcony with the ocean views and sounds so relaxing at any time of day or night. We found the condo very clean and amply supplied with the little things we would need but didn't think to bring along. People in the complex were friendly and tho the pool was cold this time of year, people did use it. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening after being at the beach. The parking lot was full, yet both day and night the atmosphere was private, quiet and peaceful. Tho the condo is not actually on a useable beach, we enjoyed exploring different beaches... especially the drive on ones. We also liked the fact that we were away from the "spring break" activity, yet close to the attractions of Galveston. We were blessed with fantastic weather and spent all of our daytime at the beach. This was our first stay in Galveston and we all loved it. Moody Gardens was a great place to take our grandsons, ages 6 & 5 and because the weather was so beachable, that is the only attraction we took in at Galveston. The surf fishing was also great. Had we kept what we caught on the beaches, we would have had enough for our dinner meals. With Galveston being close enough to Houston, we attended the rodeo and spent a day at the NASA Space Center. We found flying into Houston Hobby airport convenient for our stay. The only negatives were the hide a bed was comfortable to sit on however we would only recommend it for use with children for sleeping comfortably. Also, being on the 3rd floor was a hike from the parking lot. Luckily for us we had lots of hands to help with our luggage. We left the car loaded with our daily beach gear and that helped ease the climb for us senior citizens. The owners were helpful answering our questions about the area prior to our stay. We definitely would return and would recommend this condo and the Dawn organization to others.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location

This is a great condo! Beautiful views of the Gulf (which is right across the street!). Condo was clean, nicely furnished and decorated and just overall a great place to stay! We could see the pool/spa from the kitchen windows and the Gulf from the balcony! Walmart was walking distance for groceries, etc. and there was a gas station around the corner. Will definitely stay again! Thanks!

Fabulous Condo!

We needed a quick getaway from Houston and somehwere close and this condo was the perfect ticket! The owners have thought of everything. The comforts of home and a fabulous view looking right out on the ocean. There's a Walmart around the corner and that was wonderful for picking up milk for the kids. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed and the owners are super! They even recommended restaurants and cafes that we loved experiencing during our visit. Thanks again for a great getaway.

My family and i arrived at this lovely luxurious condo on a saturday afternoon, as soon as we went in we saw the ocean view, and fell in love with the condo. It is very spacious and accomadated. Everything we needed was all there. We highly recommend this place for u and family and friends.

tgreat views-great surf sounds-view to front..-large waterfall pool view in rear. lots of closet space^.. living rm and bdrm tvs. granite kitchen^. loved the ocean whitecaps and sounds from third floor about right height for views and sounds^. huge shower and showerhead in one bdrm ^.liked gated parking areas close to any condo.i^ sparkling large pool view. high-end finishes . hot tub and gym we did not use this time.wonderful place to stay
