Description of the Galveston vacation condo rental

As many as 8 guests can comfortably enjoy Sunrise Paradise at Maravilla, an establised resort community near the end of Galveston's Seawall.

From the soothing master bedroom you can access the expansive balcony through sliding glass doors. Sneak out for a peak at the sunrise before the rest of the gang wakes up.

The second bedroom features both a queen sized bed and a full-sized futon convertible bed.

And the bunks that are built in to the hallway are extra long for those tall teenagers or extra adults - when you rent this condo everyone will want to join you.

The condo is one of only a few that has two full bathrooms (showers only, though, no tubs).

And should it rain or you get too much sun and want to spend time indoors, you won't argue over what to wach as there are televisions in the living room and both bedrooms.

The kitchen is truly a dream - everything you could need to either warm up the leftovers for a midnight snack, or prepare gourmet meals.

Area Information

Towards the end of the Galveston Seawall, you are only minutes away from any of Galveston's attractions, but where the noisy part of traffic comes to an end.

If you choose, you can walk to the miniature golf course, batting cages, fishing pier, movie theater. You can even walk to the beach if you like - the closest sandy beach is less than a mile to our west. And there are many beaches to choose from - some are more secluded than others, some more populated with amenities such as shower facilities, snack shacks, etc. Whatever your beach pleasure, there is definitely something for everyone when it comes to beaches.

And so much moreshopping, dining, arts entertainment, local artisans, cruise terminals, or just do nothing!

You can walk to some attractions (miniature golf, movie theater, batting cage, fishing pier, beach) and a very short drive to others like Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, Strand district. Nothing is far away, but you are as close or as far as you want to be in this near west end location.

Q:What will I need to bring with me to enjoy my stay at Sunrise Paradise?

A:Sunscreen, swimsuit, beach towels and food. Everything else you could possibly need is here waiting for you. The kitchen is complete with plenty of cookware, dishes, small and large appliances, the beds are made, and the weather is great - almost all year round.

Q:What do the prices include? What else will I be charged.

A:We try not to surprise people so we include almost everything we can think of. The "rent", occupancy taxes, bed linens and bath towels, post-move-out cleaning, damage waiver, one parking permit - we've included all of that. If you have more than one vehicle there will be a charge for extra parking permits, but other than that, you're all set once you get a price quote
