Description of the Galveston vacation condo rental

Welcome to the Paradise at the Victorian – a comfortably furnished 1-bedroom condo located on the first floor, east side/rear of the Victorian condominium complex in Galveston. This unit welcomes up to 6 guests.

The Victorian condominium complex is located at 6300 Seawall Boulevard in Galveston, just west of the 61st street connector from I-45/Broadway and Seawall Boulevard. The complex offers a waterfall lagoon (heated) and Paradise Cove swimming pools, garden whirlpoos, tennis court, fitness center, picnic pavilion, fish cleaning station, on-site restaurant, and so much more!

Paradise at the Victorian, a privately owned and managed condominium features a comfy queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, space saving, child-appropriate bunks in the alcove, and a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen includes full-sized microwave and dishwasher, a 2-burner cook-top, and a small apartment sized refrigerator. Save money cooking your own meals, or warm leftovers from any of Galveston’s great eateries!

Televisions in the living room and bedroom allow for out-of-the-sun-fun-time for your group without disagreeing on what to watch.

This unit is not pet friendly.

Area Information

The Victorian Condominium Complex in Galveston is conveniently located near the crossroads of Seawall Boulevard and 61st Street and has so very much to offer our visitors. Close and convenient to shopping, and complex amenities including:

Whether you are traveling alone and looking for solitude, or your family is escaping reality for vacation, the Victorian offers something for everyone.

Parking is complimentary, however, you will need to stop in the office to register your vehicle and they will ask for a copy of your confirmation from us and your driver’s license to verify that you are an invited guest to the premises. This is for your safety and security and your cooperation is appreciated.

Smoking is not permitted inside of any of our rental units. You may enjoy the balcony if you wish to smoke.

Remember - we include everything in our rates - so when comparing ours to others, please be sure you do the "add this and add that" before you make a decision.

And always ask us - we don't want our property sitting empty. We provide personalized price quotes in response to every email - we check local rates and our own availability before we do that - so don't assume we won't negotiate.

We will not ask for a seucrity deposit. Instead, our prices include a damage waiver that protects you and us against incidental or accidental damages while you are in our place.

We will not add taxes - but we will pay them! They are included in the rates we charge.

We will not add a cleaning fee (but you will get a clean place!) as we've included it in the pricing we offer.

Q:What sets this Victorian condo apart from all the others?
A:The service you will receive. To us you aren't a number, you are a guest. Just like to us this isn't a condo - this is someone's home-away-from-home. You aren't renting a sterile hotel environment - you are sharing someone's home while you are on vacation and we want you to remember, you are our guest, our #1 priority, our walking talking advertising - and we want you to say only good things and we want you to come back.
Q:Is it true that the kitchens at this place aren't real kitchens?
A:Gotta be honest - if you are planning to make a gourmet holiday meal, this isn't the perfect place to do it. But if you are looking to warm up last night's leftovers for a midnight snack then yep - you're in great shape. A large dorm/small apartment fidge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher are in the unit for cooking/cleaning up. Plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware. Certainly plenty for breakfast and lunch, bacon & eggs, sandwiches and chips, cold drinks and snacks. Probably not if you are planning to cook the Thanksgiving turkeyad dressing, though. But not to worry - from fast food to white tablecloths, there are plenty of great places to eat in Galveston. Happy to share my favorites with you if you are interested.
