Summer: May 1 till August: (3 night minimum stay.)
$149 per night with 3 night minimum stay.
$149 x 3 plus $67.05 tax: $514.05 for your stay.
7 nights: $995.00 + tax.

Winter: $149 per night + tax.(2 night stay required.)
Add a 3rd night for $99.00.
Winter: 7 nights:
$695.00 + tax.

Holidays will be slightly higher and have a 3 night minimum stay.
Uncle Sam does require tax.
