Summer: May till August: (3 night minimum stay.)
$149 per night with 3 night minimum stay. (Sunday - Thursday)
Summer weekends: Friday and Saturday: $169.00.
7 nights: $995.00.

Holidays will be slightly higher and have a 3 night minimum stay.
Uncle Sam does require tax.
