Welcome to Dreamer's Paradise, a 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 10th floor of the By The Sea complex that is tropically decorated with YOUR family in mind! The combined living/dining rooms have a wall of windows to the balcony, and the master bedroom has its own private balcony as well. So many options!

Master bedroom has king sized bed, second bedroom (with en suite bath) has queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle. We do allow up to 2 additional guests to stay, bringing your own sleeping bags or air mattresses, but we only provide sheets and towels for the 6 guests accommodated on beds.

This condo is dog friendly - we have a $50.00 nonrefundable dog deposit.
Area Information
The By The Sea complex stretches into the blue sky, and this 10th floor unit has incredible, almost endless, views.

The complex has a very nice swimming pool, as well as several public gathering spaces on the first floor from the Piano room to the coffee room (sit a spell, the coffee is always fresh and you never know who you will meet) or the nicely furnished and appointed lobby.

Coin operated laundry facilities available on site as well.

Beautiful Condo

Awesome condo with full unobstructed ocean views in living room and master bedroom. Watched the waves, birds and boats sail by. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for 6 people, 3BR/2B. Pool and cabana on property and very nice laundry facilities on the property. We had a great time and will definitely return!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What extra charges can I expect? Taxes, cleaning, deposits, etc.?
A: NONE. Our prices include use of quality bed linens and bath towels during your stay, start up supplies of toiletries, paper products, even coffee, cleaning fee and both City and State required taxes. We don't ask for a security deposit, either. The Association requires the purchase of a parking permit for each vehicle on the property through their office.
Q: Do you offer last minute specials or discounts?
A: We always give our repeat guests at least a 10% discount off our published rates. We give a 10% discount off published rates to groups that rent more than one property from us. And we love to say YES! If we have last minute availability - just ask - we would rather you stay with us and experience our great properties and exceptional service so you will want to return again and again (and as a repeat guest you will get that 10% discount!)
Q: Does the unit have a water view?
A: From the balcony of this condo (accessed through sliding doors in the living room, there are views to both the Gulf of Mexico as well as one of the largest, if not THE LARGEST pool on Galveston island. Great place to watch the sunset!
