A $35-$50.00 fee will apply in the event the outside grounds are trashed our damaged in anyway, i.e., beer cans, cigarette buts, etc. Our customers now have the option of purchasing damage insurance or $49.00 in lieu of a $300 deposit.. Zero interest financing is available for bookings made at least one month in advance with a 2 day minimum stay.

Other Fees: Linen fee / Maid service $90.00 Please read carefully our cancellation policy. We advise all our guest to purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event of some unforeseen emergency. There is no refund in the event of last minute cancellations. A great deal of time and effort goes into preparing this cottage for our guests. If you decide to cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.

great location!

We arrived late in the evening and the house was waiting for us. A.C. was on so it was cooled off and the house was very comforting after our long drive. I am in love with the couch! The rest of the house was very cozy and everything we needed was there. The neighbors were very nice and the beach was very close. Dr. Haynes was very welcoming and check in to make sure everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time and we would rent her house again next time we're in Galveston. Thank you Dr. Haynes for letting us enjoy your house..it was perfect!

The house was very nice and the beach was beautiful. it was quiet and there weren't a lot of people there at all. The only negatives were that the water is that the city water is nasty looking and the management people have poor communication and don't return calls. I'm still trying to get my deposit back.
