The Grand Opera house has been entertaining crowds for over 100 years. If Galveston beach is not enough, you can visit the new Schlitterbahn water park or Moody Gardens. Also on Galveston Island is the Flight museum, putt-putt golf, island tours, shopping, ferry rides, and much much more. Of course we can't forget about the beaches. East beach, Stewart beach, the seawall, and San Luis pass are some of the famous beaches on the island.
