Description of the Galveston vacation home rental

This beautiful beachfront property recently remodeled with hardwood floors, granite countertops,and stainless steel appliances. Our home has a great view of the gulf and is in a great location. It has all the amenities and luxuries you could possible want.

Our rental rate includes taxes and insurance, and there is a 195.00 cleaning/linen fee.

Bedroom 1: King-size bed
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
Bedroom 3: Full-size bunkbed and 3 twin beds
Loft: Full-size futon
Living Room: Full-size futon

January 1 to Feb 28 = 3 night minimum
March 1 to March 31 = 4 night minimum
April 1 to May 26 = 3 night minimum
May 27 to Sept 7 = 4 night minimum
Sept 8 to Dec 31 = 3 night minimum

We are located in the community of Sea Isle front row on the beach.

This house was great with a great location on the beach. Access was easy for the beach. Views were great and the beach was never overcrowded. Inside of house was great. We did have a air conditioning problem when we got there but was quickly fixed when we called about it. I would definitely return to this house with my family again. My one wish is that the porch was partially covered so that we could have sat out on the porch during the rain while it was cool.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this house. I only wish we could have stayed longer. The house is very nice inside and the beach is literally in your front yard! The sunrises are an absolute dream to view from the front porch. I highly recommend this property and dream of going back myself! Lots of great memories to be had at this Beach House!

1st Annual Memorial Day Weekend at the Stunner

What a great family get away! We were barely out of Galveston and the kids were asking if they could go back to the beach house. Lots of memories and pictures that will last a life time. Brought extra appliances/kitchen stuff just in case we needed, but didn't. The house was very nice and updated inside! The beach was 25 yards from the house and was clean. Husband also was able to fish onsite as well. Spiral stairs are smaller/narrow than they appear in the pictures. Also it was nice having washer/dryer, but spin cycle was in need of repair. All in all would definetly recommend this property. A+ Thanks for a wonderful place to gather with family.

Best week ever!

We stayed for the July 4th week (8 days actually) and had a fantastic time! The house was very comfortable, great location, and had the best spot on the Island to watch the fireworks! Loved having the washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and beach front. This house was perfect for our family and friends.

My family enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to coming back. The house was perfect for us and it is really nice and updated inside. Just sitting on the deck watching the waves and hanging out playing on the beach was just what we needed. Maybe I should say bad things about this property and run off her clients so it will be vacant for us! But that would be an evil plan and it would also be a lie because we loved it!! You wont regret choosing this property.
