This LIGHT and AIRY house (built in 2006) is available for your family's enjoyment.

This spacious 3 bedroom house comfortably sleeps 6.

This is a very private location--great for a ROMANTIC GETAWAY, just to RELAX or to have FAMILY FUN. This secluded beauty is one of two houses located on a very large and uniquely private piece of land. Only the grass in the yard and the dunes separate you from the beach. Well, since Ike, the grass is covered by sand. With a deck that is so massive it is almost as big as the house (I'm not kidding) you will have plenty of room to lounge around and take in the sun and warm ocean breezes. You can relax in one of two comfy hammocks. For your convenience there is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water--Great after a sandy day at the beach. Ocean's Twelve is our family home, so you will find all you need to have a "Wonderful time in Galveston". During the Summer the beach is cleaned daily.

You are only minutes from the new Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, and The Galveston Strand. We would like to share our home with caring, thoughtful friends and families.

• Required Stay: Sun to Sun Peak season 2 night minimum at other times
   
• Deposits: 50% to hold reservation. Other 50% and a $400 security/damage check (which is cashed) at least 2 weeks before arrival. $400 returned if there is no damage, etc. when you leave and the private policies have been adhered to. NO PARTIES, SMOKING,OR PETS
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee is $75. If there is unusual cleaning needed, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
