Description of the Galveston vacation home rental
Very clean beach house rental in Sea Isle. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and another outdoor shower. Sleeps 8. 16 Miles from 61st St.
Close to the beach, marina, restaurant, tennis courts, playground, swimming pool(seasonal), golf cart rental, and Gulf of Mexico. Bay side has fishing pier.
This home will accommodate 8 comfortably and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with additional outdoor shower for washing sand off. The master has a queen, both of the guest bedrooms have bunk beds, and the couch in the living area pulls out to a queen size bed.
The home has a fully stocked kitchen for entertaining, and the breakfast bar will seat 2, along with dining table that seats 6.
This house has all the amenities of home including a coffee maker, dishwasher, 2 Dish TVs and DVD, stereo, a very nice deck to hear the waves crashing, a BBQ pit for grilling, a cabana shower and outdoor table and chairs/stools.

Recently spent a week here with my college friends. It was clean and worked out very nicely for us. The kitchen was nice and we loved the open floor plan! Had a great trip, we went to beach access 25(next one down) because the one directly off of sea isle had some seaweed. Enjoyed the bar in walking distance and the fishing pier! Great place!

I planned a last minute trip to Galveston for a fishing expedition and this property fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of towels and linens, dishes and cookware we hardly had to pack at all! The reservation process was painless. The property was a 2 minute walk to the beach with a near by grocery store. 5 stars; and we look forward to returning.

this vacation home was wonderful. very nice neighbors, close to the beach, able to sit outside on patio cook and visit in peacefulness. we really enjoyed this place. my kids made friends just few hours after we were there, the beach closest to home was nice and clean. people very friendly. thanks for letting us use ur home we will be doing it again

The house was GREAT!!! The rooms stayed cold after a HOT day on the beach all day. The out door shower was a big plus to prevent the sand from entering the house, and we absolutely loved the community area!! The one down fall we would say is the "Sandbar" & swimming pool closed to early each night. But over all the house & the beach being so close was great!! Would definitley stay there again!!

House was very cute and very clean. NO sign of any ants. Comes with everything you need. We had 2 issues. The gas grill was very dirty and we could not get it to work. Also, we could not figure out how to work the TV's. Instructions for the Satellite System or whatever it is would have been nice. We would definatley recommend this house to our friends. We will be renting it again!!

The house was great. I want to thorough & try to be informative about the house. I would definitely recommend this house to others and will rent this home again when we get back to Galveston. This house is perfect for the family(especially those on a budget) or anyone that wants to get away from the crowds,noise & lights of the main drag. The location is about 15 minutes west of the main drag and wouldn't work for those that wanted to be within walking distance of shops & restaurants. However, everything you might need is within walking distance of the home or you can rent a 4-8 seat golf cart to get around Sea Isle(4seater $225. For 3 days, weekly rates discounted). Sea Isle has everything for the kids like well equipped playground,basketball courts,volleyball,pool,fishing pier,marina & covered picnic areas with grills. A grocery store is about 5 minutes away. This home isn't luxurious but adequate. With a couple upgrades this home would be fantastic. The fridge is adequate but could use replacing. It is older & ice maker is inop. A new sofa & loveseat would be a plus. The tv definitely needs replacing. TV wasn't an issue for us but it is way too small for kids on rainy day. A used 27in CRT would be fine because the tv is very small. Great deck and bathroom downstairs is great. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and you cannot go wrong with this house unless you are looking for an ultra luxurious home. Great home bring ice,groceries,party supplies,beach towels and your set!

Overall the cabin itself was functional. We did have ants, even in our beds. For that reason I lowered the rating. Also there were no chairs on the deck to enjoy the evenings outside. There was a table with 4 stools & 1 deck lounger. I would have liked to sit outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

The house was nice clean cool. great for after bein on the boat fishin all day or on the beach to get cleaned up and go eat at gaidos or nates, or joes crab shack. Marina had live shrimp every day, and it was nice quiet neighborhood. sat on porch read a book washed & dryed towels, clothes down stairs but bring your own clothes soap. only problem was sugar ants in the kitchen and then it rained last day 1/2 and more sugar ants in the house.
