Great location in exclusive Pirate's Beach. Only a five minute walk to the dune walkover to the protected neighborhood beach. Sunny split level beachside beauty has a fresh new interior design for Spring 2006 – new furniture, paint, decor – the works. Mutineer Landing has a unique floor plan, perfectly designed for groups or families with children with 4+ bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Come enjoy the clean and airy rooms, three large decks and verandah (four of the five bedrooms overlook decks or verandah) and lush landscaping of the large fenced-in garden complete with outdoor shower, ample seating and children’s play yard equipment.

After a fun day at the beach use the outdoor shower to wash the sand off and then enjoy some time in the game room or a soak in the sunken spa on the second floor deck while the charcoal fire is heating up in the BBQ grill!

The gourmet kitchen is equipped to serve all your guests. We have a high chair and portable crib available on request. The home is equipped with many amenities including a game room, hot tub and a washer a dryer.

My friend and I rented this house this summer. We brought her mom and and a total of 6 kids. It is a WONDERFUL house!!! The floorplan was great, the house was super clean, the kids loved the "bunkbed room" and we enjoyed the deck greatly. The walk to the beach was pleasant and we would highly recommend this house!!
