Just a short walk to well maintained neighborhood beaches. Pirates Beach is a quick 6 minute drive off the west end of the Seawall.
This bright, airy beachside home has 3 bedrooms - a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath, a queen guest room and a double bunk room, with a second full bath convenient to both guest rooms. There is a large deck in the front and a rooftop deck with a view of the water.
There is Dish TV in the living room and master bedroom, a VCR and DVD. Refrigerator with ice and water, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, range, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans. The home is completely furnished, with dishes and cooking utensils. There is a large covered deck with a table and chairs and a charcoal barbeque, outside shower and swings downstairs. The bed linens and bath towels ARE included.
NO EXTRA LINEN FEE, CLEANING FEE, REGISTRATION FEE or TAXES. The rates listed include ALL these charges - compare this to other rentals. Unless you have been confirmed with a deposit, rates are subject to change. The calendar is kept up to date so please see if your dates are available before you email me.
The beach is 3 short blocks walk (about 200 yards) away or you can rent a golf cart to cruise the neighborhood in through Rick's Rentals.

--Pets are NOT permitted in rental units under any conditions.
--A $500 reservation deposit is required to reserve the property. This deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. This deposit is NOT applied to rent.
--The rental payment is due in full 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
--Your security/damage deposit will be refunded/mailed to you within 7 days of departure less any charges.
--Cancellations less than 3 months prior to your arrival forfeit the full reservation deposit UNLESS we are able to re-rent the home for the same time period and same rental amount.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and wonderful a/c at the home. The location was excellent and w/in walking distance to a pretty beach. The beds were comfortable and the owner had supplied all we would need: paper towels, soap, towels, beach towels, etc. Would recommend this to anyone as we had no surprises and enjoyed the weekend.

This sunshine yellow beach home is a perfect get-away. We loved the layout. The spacious master suite with king-size bed, adjoining bathroom, and tasteful decor served as a well-deserved calm retreat for my daughter and her "new" baby. The boys (ages 7 to 12... his/hers/friends') were beyond excited about having the double-bunk room all to themselves where they could fall asleep watching videos on the "personal sized" TV. Gramma (ummm... me) was perfectly content having a queen-size bed all to myself in the 3rd bedroom. With the throw pillows removed, the sofa in the living area is easily an extra-long twin-size -- perfect for a tall lanky person or even two "shorties" to sleep toe-to-toe. Plenty of room (and seating) for families and friends to relax inside in the large kitchen/dining/living area and outside under the carport, on the main deck, or "top deck". There's a small smoker downstairs and enough pots & pans and dinnerware to prepare a feast and set pretty tables upstairs on the deck and in the inside dining area as well. Vacationers need bring only their clothes, food, and beach towels! We LOVED this sunny getaway!

Just got back from 10 days in this great home. It was everything we hoped, and more. Awesome location, beautiful quiet streets great for riding bikes, store near by, views, breezes, all one could ask for. Will stay there again as soon as we can.

This house was rented for a small gathering with 8 friends and it was great! It had anything that you will need to make your stay pleasurable. It was only a short distance from the beach which was great! The patio was great to be outdoor and enjoy the day/night away. I would definitely recomend this home. Great price and just all around fun place to stay.

My family and I had a wonderful experience in this cozy, well furnished beach house. It was all the pictures detail and more. Very spacious and provided all household utensils one good need. Will rent again in the future!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was very nice and clean inside. The kitchen was great! The view from the porch is nice, and the beach is steps away. Everything is provided, but we had to bring our own paper products and soap, and wash our own linens - the only reasons this is not a five star review!
