Mid August Vacation

The house was in a great location with an easy drive to get to town. The house itself was amazing. It was much larger than my family and I required, but the experience of being right on the beach was incredible. The kids (and I) enjoyed playing in the ocean and on the beach right in front of the house. We all loved the view from the upper and lower decks with the constant ocean breeze that we never tired of. I hope we get lucky enough to find this house available for the next Galveston getaway.

Perfect Getaway!!

We loved the home!!! It was a nice long weekend for our family. My twin daughters and their hubbies, my husband, and myself had a fantastic time in Galveston. We couldn't have asked for a bettter location. The home was right on the beach, and had everything one needed for a restful time. We all enjoyed the spacious rooms, the perfect views, and the wonderful beds. What a way to wake up refreshed with an ocean view. Thanks so much for a perfect family vacation!!!

Wow-what a nice place!

As I searched my vocabulary to find words to describe this facility, the words elegant, luxurious and very comfortable kept popping up. Kids and grandkids have already asked to come back next year. It's spitting distance from the beach and with two wonderfully furnished veranda/balconys facing the sea, one can spend a lot of time in shaded easy comfort watching the sea life or reading. It's large splendidly equipped kitchen make life easy for the cook and you will not find more comfortable beds in a five star hotel or nicer bathrooms. There's satellite reception on four big TVs and with DVD players entertainment is easy for any age. It's spacious, beautifully furnished and with its elevator I could not have asked for more.

Great House!

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house. The location was excellent and the owner's were very accomodating, in an unobtrusive way. The grocery store close by met all of our extra needs. You won't be sorry if you choose this lovely home. :) We took a canopy for the kids to use at the beach. The ONLY negative was the grill. It definitely needs to be upgraded. :) We could spend our entire summer at this house.

This house is better than we'd hoped for and we were hoping for a pretty wonderful place. The view is unsurpassed; the house if beautifully designed for comfort, functionality and ambiance. Everything is new and clean. Loved cooking on the Viking stove! The deck furniture is top rate - - lounge and table seating you would only find at the best luxury resorts. Just can't recommend this place highly enough. The hosts are extraordinarily helpful, living nearby, they will offer every assistance and convenience but they will not intrude, guaranteeing your privacy. The location is great because it's not a long haul to town, groceries, cinema, etc. If you are lucky enough to find it open, book it now!

This beach house truly IS exquisite! This home is definitely not your typical “rental” in that everything is top notch from the beautiful décor to the amazingly comfortable beds to the “to die” for kitchen! It located right on the beach, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the busy part of Galveston but not too far to get anywhere you need in minutes. The lay-out of the home is perfect for a family traveling together who want to stay together but also like a little privacy in that each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom making the home feel like there are actually 3 master bedrooms in the home. I honestly cannot think of a thing we could have asked for more in this house. To make it even better, the owners were super sweet, gracious people -thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and visiting with them. We so enjoyed every minute of our stay and we cannot wait to return in the future to enjoy this beautiful home. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying in your home!!! We truly had a magnificent time.

Dream come true!

This home is phenominal! Besides the beauty and the detail (ie dishes & glasses of maritime theme; uber comfortable beds and bedding; fabulous kitchen; unlimited places to relax - inside and outside! You could not ask for a more beautiful experience so close to town and right on the beach. The owners are gratious and accomodating. We absolutely loved our stay here! This home is truly a blessing in disguise...no stone was left unturned. Did not want to reveal all this because we don't want to risk losing to another renter. however, we owe this review because their home is wonderful and we were lucky to find it. We will be back here next year! Thank you to the C'S! Cannot tell you how much we appreciate your home!
