Our Island Oasis home is a spacious 2BR /1BA with a den too.
Sleeps 6 adults and 2 small children:
1 small pet OK with pet fee.
Island Oasis is 4 blocks from Seawall Blvd and the beach.
3 night required stay. Sorry, no exceptions.

Spring: March - May:
$199.00 per night: 3 night required stay.

Summer: June to August
$249 per night - requires 3 night stay.

Holidays: $299 per night: requires 3 night stay.

$50.00 cleaning
Uncle Sam will require tax.
1 small pet OK with pet fee.
$300 security deposit.
