Great beachside home just steps from the water in Palm Beach, one of the quaintest neighborhoods on the West End. 3 Houses from beach on quiet dead-end street with no cars on the beach, so no worries! Beach view is spectacular with no loss of privacy from your covered deck along with hot tub on the lower level.

This could be your own private paradise with balmy breezes 'BRISAS' blowing year round. A very livable home with great room and two bedrooms. Minutes from all that Galveston Island has to offer, close to all the West End eateries too.

The home is pet friendly and features a large covered deck with a gate and a fully fenced back yard so your dog can enjoy the outdoor activities along with you. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower so you can rinse off after enjoying the beach or relaxing in the nearby hot tub.

Area Information

The property is located on West Beach and is just 8 miles to 61st and Seawall. So if you want to take in the new Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, the Strand or other island attractions, they are just a short drive away.

Nate's Seafood Restaurant is just a couple of miles down the road in Jamaica Beach. The Bluewater Grill as well as the Seven Seas Grocery is also located in Jamaica Beach. Seven Seas has fresh caught shrimp every day and a wonderful meat market.

Perfectly peaceful location!

I don't usually do online reviews, but my experience at Brisas was so wonderful I wanted to share. Although, part of me thinks it's better to keep it all to myself! :-) I first contacted the owners because I found another of their properties that I was interested in but it was booked. They told me about this newly acquired property (in the same neighborhood) The pictures looked wonderful, close to the beach, quiet (no cars allowed on that part of beach), etc.. But you never know what you're going to get when you arrive and since I had never done an online reservation I was a bit anxious. I have to say it was everything the owners said and more! The location is the absolute best! Three houses from the beach, so you can go whenever you want without having to worry about getting in your car and parking. The house more than met my needs. Having never rented a vacation home before, I brought lots of things with me. But didn't need most because the kitchen was completely stocked and sheets and towels were provided. Plus there are stores close enough that if you forget something you can drive within minutes and get whatever you need. They even had free Wi-fi, which was a pleasant surprise. And having a washer/dryer meant I didn’t have to lug dirty clothes home. Being a dog owner I was even impressed with the fence, since there were no gaps or ways for a small dog to get out. A fantastic Gulf view that I enjoyed every morning on the deck (even my little dog loved hanging out on the deck, which is gated). Most mornings I would feed her and then we would take an early morning walk on the beach, then head back and have my own breakfast and coffee outside while listening to the waves! And you're close enough to the city of Galveston so you can drive a few minutes and enjoy tourist attractions, without being too close to hear the traffic and noise from a public beach. It was so peaceful and calming, I didn’t want to leave!! In fact, I’ve told friends about my experience and several have asked me for the info so they can look into staying there! I will most definitely be going back and now think of Galveston and this area as my home away from home. I just wanted to say thank you. We had a wonderful time at your rental property this weekend, Everything was great from the proximity to the beach, the amenities of the house and things to do around the island. It really was a fantastic time and I cannot thank you enough. If we decide to rent a house again we will definitely be talking to you.

My family and I stayed at Brisas for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. We played at the beach, rode the ferry to Boliver Island and went to Schlitterbahn. The house was perfect for us, close to the beach and certainly met our needs. The patio rocks on the 4th. Fireworks were everywhere and the kids loved it. (Frankly, so did the parents)! Overall the trip was awesome and we would do it again here next year.

We brought my grandmother down here for her 70th birthday. She loves Galveston! We all had a blast. The view from the deck is amazing and can't wait to return.
