Attention to every detail is found in this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the Maravilla Resort complex. From the entertaining/dining area when you walk through the door, to the comfortable and spacious living room, or the kitchen that has everything you could possibly think of to enjoy your stay and either warm leftovers or cook all of your meals right here. Up the stairs you will find two beautiful bedrooms and two full baths. This is one of the few units that also has its own washer & dryer in unit to ensure you can pack light if you wish - or stay longer!

No Surprise Pricing - when you get a price from us it is all inclusive! Includes: one parking permit valid for the duration of your stay, City of Galveston and State of Texas occupancy taxes, cleaning upon your departure, bed linens, bath towels, starter supplies of paper, bath and coffee products. Ensure you are comparing apples to apples when comparing pricing.

Our monthly rates are 2.5 x weekly rates -so you get 4 weeks (or more) forthe price of 2 1/2 weeks!

Q:What other fees can I expect when renting this place?

A:None! Unless you ask us to put candy on the pillow or flowers on the table - and we love to be able to accommodate special requests - we've included all we can think of in the pricing so that the only surprises you get are pleasant ones. Taxes, cleaning, linens, a parking permit and damage waiver - its all included! We won't "add this and add that" making the quoted price higher.

Q:What do I need to bring with me?

A:Well, let's seethe kitchen has all the pots and pans, dishes and glasses, the beds are made, the place is clean - all you need to bring is you, your clothes, a beach/pool towel and sunscreen and come on down! Plenty of kitchen countertop appliances (and of course the major ones, too) are already here just waiting for you to get here. What are you waiting for?

Q:Is there anything to do other than the beach?

A:Oh my goodness yes! Do you like looking at architecture? Check out the Bishop's Palace, Moody Mansion, and so many other historic buildings in this town. Do you like to eat - ask me and I'll tell you where the locals eat! Do you like shopping? There are antique stores, souvenier shops and boutiques sprinkled across the island. Do you like to walk? Whether the beach for seashell hunting or the strand for people watching - so many choices. I'd love to answer your questions - so email away!
