Description of the Galveston vacation villa rental

39% CHEAPER than booking through the resort!

Brand new 3 bedroom property located in the exclusive Pointe West community on Galveston's west end. Several large balconies with expansive beach vies! Our property is over 1800 square feet and has 2 master suites perfect for 2 families!

You can literally walk right out your back door and onto the beach!! Located right down the street from the resort's Beach Club!

New electronics, fully stocked kitchen and all the upgrades! Highspeed Internet access and HD TV.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King size bed: Sleeps 2
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed: Sleeps 2
Bedroom 3: 2 full size bunk beds: Sleeps 8 childrent or small adults.
Living Room: Full size futon: Sleeps 2

Area Information

Pointe West stretches across more than a thousand acres on the western tip of Galveston Island. It is the Islands only resort style community on such a grand scale. Pointe West features a Private Beach Club and a multitude of destination resort amenities.

Galveston has taken resort style living to a whole new level. There are more than 3 miles of bay front and beaches. This community was most certainly built with active lifestyles in mind. There are lagoons for kayaking and canoeing, several parks and a bayside pool!

The Beach Club provides an extraordinary fitness center, infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, as well as a bar and grill serving casual seasonal fare and open for a sunset happy hour every evening. All of these facilities are connected by miles of paved resort, perfect for scenic biking and relaxed strolls.

Our rental rate includes taxes and insurance, and there is a 195.00 cleaning/linen fee.

GREAT house ON the beach. My favorite part was the fact that we could walk off our deck, down our private walk and step off right ON the beach. The house was huge and well kept. We'd definitely come back.

WONDERFUL BEACH HOUSE!!!!!

We had a girls weekend at Las Brisas May 11-13 and had such an amazing time! We comfortably slept 13 girls, and did't even need an air mattress (though some girls shared the larger beds). It is a really short walk to the beach, and the Tate's have taken very good care of the beach house. It is roomy, open and had plenty of room for all of us to hang out on the main floor and talk/play games. The Tate's have been fabulous at responding to all emails/concerns/questions in a timely manner, and we will definitely rent from them again!!!

Very relaxing and cozy

While the weather was not cooperative, this home was perfect as a cozy and inviting place to get in out of the rain. The distribution is excellent, and can accommodate more people than you would expect. The ocean views are wonderful, and being on Pointe West, it is very secluded, so it would be perfect for a relaxing getaway. And downtown Galveston is only 20 minutes away, so you can still enjoy the life of the city when not relaxing on the balcony or walking along the beach. The owner is very helpful, and very responsive via email and returns voice mail in good time. The rates seem very fair as well. I would definitely recommend this house for family or small groups who want to spend the day in the city and nights away from any sort of hustle and bustle.

The House is beautiful, the view is awesome. Beach is not crowded and there is no vehicles allowed. Felt very comfortable letting my kids roam a little further then usual. House is very up to date, master bedroom is very spacious and the view from the balcony and the bathtub make it really nice. Kids bunk beds are huge, could easily sleep adults also. The only knocks against it was I would have loved having access to the garage for storage and to get one more car out of the road, and upstairs toilet is hooked into hot water, so watch out. I still would rate it 5 stars though. Having access to the clubhouse facilities for only $20 for your entire stay was a great deal. The view from the infinity pool looks right into the ocean, as much as my family loves the beach it was a refreshing change for the kids to be in the fresh water. I will use these people again in the future.

GORGEOUS HOME WITH THE BEST VIEW - WONDERFUL VACAY

We came here to have a quick getaway with our kids and could not have been happier with our choice. This house had all the conveniences of home. Decorated beautifully, clean, perfect house to take our young children. The view was beautiful and we would have our dinners out on the balcony at night. Easy access to the beach directly from the house. Even though it was chilly it didn't stop us from letting the kids run and play in the sand. We also enjoyed The Beach Club and so did the kids. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub and loved hearing the waves crashing in the background. All around a great place to go either with your family or for a romantic getaway. Will be planning a trip again very soon.

Awesome Getaway

This is an outstanding place to relax and have fun with the family. The beach is directly behind the home and we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise view from the second floor. We had the option of enjoying a somewhat private beach or relaxing at the luxurious Pointe West Resort. The home is very spacious and fully furnished with a gorgeous design. My family looks forward to staying there again in the near future.

Awesome vacation place!!

The place was gorgeous and spaceous with the most up to date appliances. I loved everything about the house. My favorite was the balcony overlooking the beach where you can just relax and enjoy the view the ocean. The place is great rather you have kids or not. The clubhouse has regularly scheduled activites for children and happy hour for the adults. I most definitely recommend to stay at this house. It's at the top of my list.

Super Clean... Family Friendly... Beachfront Gem

What a great place to spend time with friends/family. We had such a great time at this house. The beach is just a few steps over the dunes and the views are unbelieveable. The house is very nicely decorated, super cliean and just a short drive from the beach club. The beach club makes you feel like you are at a 5 Star Resort with restaurants, gym, multiple pools, hot tubs, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Galveston + the feeling of a 5 Star Resort. My family can't wait to get back to this place soon!
