Gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2000 square foot beachfront property located in Sea Isle. Walk right out your front door and onto the beach!

Brand new AC unit added in 2011.

3 bedrooms downstairs and a huge loft/4th bedroom upstairs. Perfect for a large family or two families.

Room description:
1. Bedroom 1: King size bed
2. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
3. Bedroom 3: King size bed
4. Bedroom 4: 2 full size bunk beds, 2 full-size futons.

House is stocked with all the amenities and upgrades! 42 inch flat screen tv, wireless internet and HDTV cable.

January 1 to Feb 28 = 3 night minimum
March 1 to March 31 = 4 night minimum
April 1 to May 26 = 3 night minimum
May 27 to Sept 7 = 4 night minimum
Sept 8 to Dec 31 = 3 night minimum

Our rental rate includes taxes and insurance, and there is a 195.00 cleaning/linen fee.

Relaxing Stay

March 20, 2012

The house was a great place for a lot of people. We were able to put up a volleyball net for the teeenagers and leave it up with no worries of anyone taking anything. It was a little far away from the activities in Galveston but the quiet made it a great place to relax. The loft area was hard to cool but the rest of the house cooled very well. Very good place for several families. The kids could be upstairs and the adults downstairs without bothering each other.

Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay very much! The kids didn't want to do anything except things involving the beach. The house was comfortable and nice and cool. The kids all slept upstairs and it worked out well. Since the property was right on the beach, it worked out well for us!

My husband rented this house for us for the weekend. Very clean & quaint. Surprisingly roomy. The beach is a stone's throw away from the home. Plenty of parking for additional families. Plenty of outdoor seating on both balconies. And if you have extra day guests coming to join you on the beach, there is extra parking at the public beach access right next door. this was a great vacation spot right on the beach, lots of sun, swimming, fishing the sunrises were the best. The home was very well contained, the loft was perfect for the kids and the adults had lots of room downstairs, I can't wait to go back and bring more family members.

We were very satisfied with this house for the price. It is large enough to accomodate several families. The children loved the large upstairs loft. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Our only complaint was that the downstairs area didn't cool very well. We enjoyed our stay here, and would stay again.

The house was exactly what we wanted. The upper deck is great for the kids to enjoy while the lower deck was just what the adults ordered. Beach front access. Neighbors very friendly. Easy to find. FUlly stocked kitchen and the linens on the beds were sooo comfortable. Great weekend stay.
