Paul & Athene's Myrtle Beach Vacation

The location was wonderful. We woke up each morning viewing the sun coming up over the ocean. The amenities provided were very adequate, and enhanced the enjoyment of our stay. The only unsuspected event was that the week we visited was also Bike Week. There was no major problem with this, but travel congestion was significant due to the great number of motorcycles visiting the area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the Myrtle Beach area.

WONDERFUL STAY IN GARDEN CITY!

I rented this condo for my family of five to stay in for August this year and we had a wonderful time. The unit was just as described and as the photos showed. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony in the evenings with the breeze blowing being on the 10th floor. The owners were nice enought to give us the option of using their beach chairs and beach toys which was really helpful with the kids. The pools were nice and clean and the kids loved them as well. The condo is in a great location easy access to anything you may need. The owners were great to deal with, will definately see if its available in the future. Thanks so much!

This condo is directly facing the ocean on the 10th floor. It has a lovely balcony that gets sun until later in the afternoon. The beach is terrific. I rate the condo 5/5 for value. It is well equipped, very comfortable and located in a quiet location. The outside of the building was being spiffed up while we were there and the improvements were noticeable and nice. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and an ensuite bath. The kitchen and carpets are a little tired but that is why I rated it 5/5 for value. If you want perfection you need to rent a room at the Waldorf Astoria for $400 per night. This condo is very comfortable, especially the living room furniture and there is lots of room for six people. The hot tub was heated all winter however the pool was not. The owner was extremely friendly and very quick to reply to emails. Great value in Garden City.

Second visit to this lovely condo

This is the second year we have rented this condo for the month of April and we are very pleased with it. The owners are especially nice and helpful. The condo itself is lovely. The view of the ocean is magnificant. We truly enjoy renting this condo and we certainly would rent it again. The weather this year was really nice and got to use the pool and hot tub alot. Would recommend this condo to anyone. It is like home away from home. Everything we needed was there. It was nicely equipped. Thanks to the owners for renting it to us.

3rd Visit to this Beautiful Condo!

We just finished our 3rd visit to this fabulous condo and plan at least 2 visits in 2010. The weather was great, averaging mid to upper 60s and sunny every day except the first, which was rainy. We spent the rainy day at the outlets in North Myrtle and the rest of the time just chilling out and enjoying the view. We ate at our favorite restaurant, Gulfstream, which we highly recommend. We took a tour of Georgetown, an historic village south of Murrell's Inlet, and found a quaint flea market not far from the condo on business Route 17. Of course, our visit would not have been complete without checking out the many places to eat and drink on Murrell's Inlet and we took a stroll on the boardwalk there. We watched some DVDs on the large flatscreen TV and enjoyed the peace and quiet away from our daily treadmill back home. We simply can't say enough good things about this condo. You just have to stay there to see what we mean. It's starting to feel like home away from home, and as we near retirement I wouldn't be a bit surprised to envision a longer stay during the colder months.

The unit and the owners were top notch. Right on the ocean, gorgeous. The condo would get 5 Stars except the pool was not in use while others in the area were. Warning, though: March 2008 was not a great Myrtle Beach month. If you're going for the beach pick a later time.

SurfMaster Unit 1011 - Oravec Condo

Even though we had seen pictures of the Condo we were dazzled when we first entered. The first thing we did was open the vertical blinds in the spacious living room and master bedroom to take in the breathtaking view of the Atlantic, unspoiled by buildings, marinas or docks. The kitchen and furnishings were topnotch and We instantly felt at home. The beach is right below the balcony and it was fun watching the tide, not to mention the many walking or fishing from the beach. The close proximity to restaurants and stores on nearby Highway 17 (Business) was convenient, and of course, in addition to golf, there were many things to do in the Mrytle Beach area to take advantage of, but we spent a lot of time just hanging out in the Condo and enjoying the luxury and view. I highly recommend renting this Condo and we can't wait to go again soon!
