Condo is located at the Surfmaster II, 10th floor unit directly on the beach with great ocean view. Condo has all the ammenities of home, newly painted and very clean. You can wake up to a stunning sunrise or when the day is over, you can lounge on your own private balcony and relax!

Condo is just 8 miles South of Myrtle Beach Airport on Garden City Beach. Garden City is the family oriented beach. Get away from the crowds and enjoy yourself. Close to great shopping, golfing, lots of restaurants, amusement parks, water parks, miniature golf, and theaters. Located 1 mile from Garden City Pier, which has great entertainment, fishing and arcades.

• Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday for weekly reservations.
   
• Lodging Tax: 10%
   
• Deposits: A $300 damage reservation deposit is required and must be received within 7 days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied to rent, however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided no damage is done and all rules are followed.
   
• Other Fees: $65.00 cleaning fee not included in rent.

The unit and the owners were top notch. Right on the ocean, gorgeous. The condo would get 5 Stars except the pool was not in use while others in the area were. Warning, though: March 2008 was not a great Myrtle Beach month. If you're going for the beach pick a later time.

Even though we had seen pictures of the Condo we were dazzled when we first entered. The first thing we did was open the vertical blinds in the spacious living room and master bedroom to take in the breathtaking view of the Atlantic, unspoiled by buildings, marinas or docks. The kitchen and furnishings were topnotch and We instantly felt at home. The beach is right below the balcony and it was fun watching the tide, not to mention the many walking or fishing from the beach. The close proximity to restaurants and stores on nearby Highway 17 (Business) was convenient, and of course, in addition to golf, there were many things to do in the Mrytle Beach area to take advantage of, but we spent a lot of time just hanging out in the Condo and enjoying the luxury and view. I highly recommend renting this Condo and we can't wait to go again soon!
