Description of the Garden City vacation condo rental

Amenities: Sea Mystique guests will enjoy oceanfront living. Our first floor unit 105 provides a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a private ocean front balcony, dishwasher, phone, 2 color TV's (cable),VCR, DVD, stereo and central air and much more. Ground floor elevator and an oceanfront pool are additional amenities.

1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, 1 Queen sleeper

Rates are negotiable.

Garden City Beach is located just minutes south of Myrtle Beach, SC. This popular tourist area has come to be known as the golf capital to the world and the second most visited tourist area in the United States. Enjoy all the great family fun things to do in out beach and inlet area. Plus, you are only 15 minutes away from the famous Myrtle Beach area attractions. Our beach is best in that it offers fishing (pier, surf and charter boat), water parks, outlet shopping, family amusements, tennis, golf (championship, miniature, par three), night time entertainment, parks, sight seeing and much more!

Bath Towels Some people prefer to bring there own linens and towels, so we do not supply them as part of the standard rate. Linens and towel packages can be purchased: 1. Complete bed linen package: $20.00/bed. Sheets and pillowcases for all beds or $11.00 per bed. 2. Bath Towel Package: 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth $7.00

we really enjoyed our stay .The unit was very clean and attractive.had all the neccesities and we had a very relaxing trip october is such a great time for the beach great prices and best of all no lines!!! thank you so much ,hope to rent from you again!!!!

The condo was clean, well equiped- Had a fantastic ocean view. Steps from the beach- I would recommend this place highly. Only thing that was negative is you can only have one car parked there.
