MUST SEE!!! Beautifully decorated, privately owned and managed 2BR/1BA condo perfect for families and couples. Not your typical rental...second home with all the amenities of your own! Perfectly located one block from beach with great ocean views from front balcony. Waterfront location with great views of the marsh/inlet and wonderful sunsets from rear screened porch.

Day bed on porch is perfect place to relax and read a book after a long day on the beach, also great place to watch the sunset and take in the natural beauty of the marsh where the blue herons and white egrets frequent often. BONUS: 50 INCH Plasma HDTV in living area!!! Master bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has full bed and blow-up double sized queen mattress available for use in the living room instead of sleeping on those thin pull-out sofa's (sleeps like a real bed). New carpet in all bedrooms and newly tiled floor throughout the remainder of the condo. Full kitchen and washer/dryer included.

This condo has a pool and hot tub that sits on the marsh front for use by our guests. There are also restrooms conveniently located poolside and the pool is rarely crowded like some of the other places on the beach. Walking distance to the pier, arcade, fun park, restaurants, shopping and Garden City grocery store. Bicycles, beach chairs and a beach umbrella available for use during your stay. Direct ocean access in front of condo one block away...enjoy swimming, fishing from pier, chick-fil-a and ice cream from Painter's or hot dogs and burgers from Sam's Corner...all conveniently located steps away.
