Description of the Garden City vacation home rental

Our newest rental property is now taking reservations for the 2007 season. We are also looking for snowbirds to enjoy our home during the cold winter season. 3-Bedroom 2 bath home. Master bedroom with new Simmons Beautyrest king size mattress, private bath and TV. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and shares full bath (shower) with bunkbed bedroom. Large kitchen with center island and seating for four. Kitchen table seats four also. Large living room with sleeper sofa, TV/VCR/DVD player and stereo. Plenty of games, books and videos. Front room has daybed with trundle and wicker loveseat and chairs for reading. Nice backyard with gas grill, teak table and chairs, and outside shower. Bogie boards, sand chairs, large beach umbrella supplied. Washer and Dryer and shared porch. Crabbing equipment and metal detector for your use.

Located on quiet street with children's park and marsh walk at the end of the block. 4/10 mile to the beach and 9/10 mile to the Garden City Pier.

Close to Brookgreen Gardens. Day trip to Charleston, SC or Wilminton, NC.
