Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa
Check In: 4 a.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday, Call for off week availbility
Lodging Tax: 10%
Deposits: A deposit of half of the total rent, optional Vacation Protection Insurance and reservation fee are required within 10 days of making your reservation. A nonrefundable reservation fee is charged on all reservations. This fee is to cover tenant services & administrative costs. If your deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled without notification. Interest earned on funds deposited with Seaside Rentals is payable to Seaside Rentals.
Other Fees: Bedspreads/Comforters, mattress pads & pillows are provided. The Premier Bed & Bath Package is automatically added to all reservations as linens are not provided. You must initial the Deposit Request Form if you choose to decline the linen package and wish to bring your own linens. All items will be delivered the day of your arrival and picked up the day of your departure. Linen Rental does not include bed set-up, however, this service may be requested for an additional fee.
