Description of the Garden City vacation home rental

Imagine vacationing in a luxurious, roomy, professionally decorated and newly furnished beach home, that is just a short walk to the beach! Private pool, ocean views, golf cart all available for a reasonable rate.

We are having a special for the off season. $500/week and free golf cart use for the remaining available weeks through February 2010.

This twin house is in Garden City. Garden City is just south of Myrtle Beach. It is a quieter, more family oriented beach - yet close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Located just off the beach, a very short walk (5 houses)- with direct beach access at the end of the street. You can see the ocean from the deck. Walk or ride the golf cart to the pier to go fishing, get ice cream, do some shopping.

The house is a roomy 2400 sq ft twin with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom located right off the room. 1 master bedroom down with a huge master bath and walk in closet, 4 bedrooms up with large closets and 3 full bathrooms. There is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. This well stocked kitchen is large and open to the dining and living area with Corian counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances. There's a 50" plasma TV in the main living area and 1 tv in each bedroom - 4 are LCD Flat panels! We offer broadband internet and cable TV. Very private and quiet. Other twin is privately owned and not rented out, completely separate in just about every way.

Outside, you have your own private drive, entrance, and pool with sundeck and outdoor shower! (Not shared) There are 3 private decks to relax and watch the sunrise or sunset. One overlooks the pool area and others have ocean views.

We also do monthly rentals!

This house is in Garden City. Garden City is just south of Myrtle Beach and north of Murrells Inlet. It is a quieter, more family oriented beach - yet close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer and all the famous seafood Murrells Inlet has to offer - best of both worlds! • Deposits: Can reserve for only $200 until 2010! Then on Jan 1, 2010, 1/2 rental fee with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to start date. Although there will be no damage deposit, there is a credit card hold until inspection confirms no damages or violations.
   
• Other Fees: $100 departure cleaning will be added. Linens not included, but rental of these items can be arranged for an extra fee.
