Description of the Garden City vacation home rental

This brand new oceanfront hone is the great place for a large or multiple family vacation, reunions, weddings, Ladies and Mens retreats, golf getaways and business meetings. It has beautiful private beachside pool and hot tub surrounded by lush green lawn and colorful landscaping which makes it the perfect location for any outdoor event. The elevator goes from the parking area to top floor. You can watch the sun rise and set from any 1 of our 6 balconies. The open kitchen, dining and Greatroom make it great place for a large gathering. We have sit down seating fro 26 people. There are 2 Master bedrooms on the oceanfront. The 3rd floor master bedroom has private balcony and sitting area which makes it the perfect choice for a honeymoon after a breathtaking beach wedding. All bedrooms have private baths and flat screen TV. The gameroom is located on the second floor and has pool table for adults and game table for kids as well as flat screen TV and XBox 360 game system. This house has too many extras to list! This house is located 9 blocks south of the Garden City Pier. It is just a short drive to Myrtle Beach and all the area attractions.

great visit

November 27, 2012

This beach home had all the amendities that you would need. Our only problem was that it didn't have an extra large refrigerator. There are mini refrigs on each floor so that helped take the overload. The ice machines on each floor was an added bonus. If the pool had been heated there would not be anything negative to say. We were there in November and the ocean and pool were too cold for our little ones to enjoy, The hot tub become a tiny pool to warm up in. The rental agent, Angie, was the tops and took care of all my questions. Thanks for a great time.

Company Retreat

November 9, 2012

Our company decided to take a trip to the beach as a communication retreat. We found this house online and instantly loved it. We had 13 people attend this retreat. Everyone absolutely loved this house. The entire house was more than the pictures can tell. It was gorgeous!!! There was plenty of room for everyone to be able to kick back, relax and talk. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glasses. So we were able to prepare our meals without any worries. I know already that a couple of the employees want to rent this property for themselves for family reunions. And last but not least I would like to thank Angie for answering all of our questions regarding our stay. We had a wonderful time with not one issue. We hope to come back!!!

This house is just awesome. Every bedroom had a private bath which made it perfect for 10 women. The small touches such as hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, coupons from local shops, comfortable furniture, inside and on the decks. These things and many others is what made this house great. The elevator was available from the street level which was helpful for the folks with knee issues. This house is high on our return list to the Myrtle Beach area. Oh, the management team was great and reponded quickly to our minor concerns.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our group of 20+ family and friends spent a wonderful week at this property. The house is beautiful. The bedrooms with attached baths were great, and each sitting area also had its own TV. The pool chairs and canopy were added bonuses. Angie was great! We plan to return to Garden City, and we will definitely try to rent another home from Angie. Thanks for a great vacation!

This home is beautiful!!!! We had 20 people in it for a family vacation and it exceeded our expectations! The pool and hot tub are great! View of the beach is perfect. The beach it is located on is not crowded--perfect location and a great walk to the pier. The house was very well kept and sparkling clean when we arrived. The furniture in the house is gorgeous and there is plenty of space for large gatherings of people in the game room/living room/deck/kitchen and dining room. Angie was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed are time spent here so much!!!

Terrific March Break

March 22, 2011

15 family members spent 8 wonderful days at this amazing property. The ocean front location was within walking distance to the Garden City Pier. View was beautiful. Online pictures do not do this property justice. Lots of space for all with lots to do. We would highly recommend this property. Age range for our group was 9 to 55. Bedrooms were huge, each bedroom had its own bathroom. Many hours spent playing pool on the full size pool table. A wonderful time was had by all!!!!
