A Cocker Spaniel (Amber) and two outdoor cats also reside on the property outside the residence.
Information about the House:
The Birchwood House is beautiful decorated by Artist Margie Tabor Zuliani. Built in 1948, this historic home is in a well established family neighborhood, conveniently located in the heart of Orange County. Your fantasy of a perfect home is fully realized in this spacious unique home located in a quiet historic community. Surrounded by Gardens on the East, South and West sides of the home. Enter the Birchwood House through a covered porch with slate tile and flower urns into a foyer lined with hardwood floors. Continue through the foyer into the long adjoining, natural light, living and a dining room. Feast your eyes on an original designed ornamental fireplace and historic antiques from the 19th century. The dining room is oval shaped and has a view of the rose garden the south. Next enter the country modern kitchen with all new ceramic tile counter tops and river tile floors will all of the conveniences of home at your finger tips. The kitchen is complete with built in pantry antique Hoosier Cabinet with lots of storage. Next is the large sunny library/den/breakfast room off the kitchen and adjacent to the patio/garden, for enjoying your morning coffee.
The backyard is beautifully landscaped flower garden with a full patio & furniture. For your outdoor dining pleasure, there are two large oak tables and chairs. The patio overlooks the flower garden and fountain with arbors and a garden bench. Also, there are wicker love seats and chair, a round coffee table, and a serving table, all the comforts of home.
There are three ample sized bedrooms, each with private bathroom, and walk-in closets. Rounding out the many conveniences available with the Birchwood House is the laundry room.
