Nicknamed the Hobbits Quarters, this huge A-Frame is a year round home that will suite your entire group. Enjoy all the seasons, including the beautiful Fall around the Mille Lacs lake area.

Hobbits Quarters offers 2 complete living areas, each with a full Kitchen.

The Main Level offers a huge, 20' Vaulted Living Room with Fireplace, Kitchen, 2 Large Bedrooms, and full Bath.

Looking down is a Lofted Master Bedroom with a private 1/2 Bath.

The lower level offers a Kitchen, Living Room with Fireplace, 2 small Bedrooms, a full Bath, and Laundry Room with washer/dryer.

Rates are for 4 guests. A fee of $25 per additional guest is charged. This allows us to accomodate both large and small groups for a reasonable cost.
