The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level.It is a bedroom/den.It has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, full bath, pool table, TV with VCR, and the deck with the hot tub.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils.The dining area will seat 6 people.Both are on the main level.
