Gatlinburg Splash

Gatlinburg Splash is a four story two bedroom four and a half bath cabin with an indoor pool that sleeps eight and is just minutes to the Ober Gatlinburg ski resort and a just few miles to Gatlinburg.

When you enter the first thing that catches your eye is the view out the two story glass and beam wall. You enter into a large open area with a fully equipped kitchen that has a large island with four chairs and a dining table for four large enough for all eight chairs to set around. Here you can enjoy a family meal or a snack while enjoying the view. The living room offers a leather sectional sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, 52” flat screen LCD TV, Blu Ray DVD player with surround sound and an I-pod dock, two leather chairs and a half bath finish out the main floor. A door leads you out to the deck. There is a glider for two, the hot tub and a gas grill. From here you are surrounded by the view. You have a view of Gatlinburg in front, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park mountains to your right and to the left is Pigeon Forge. Gorgeous views of each, day and night.

The top level is an open loft game room including a pool table, two leather sofa sleepers, an arcade table with 60 games to choose from, 42” LCD TV, a stereo with CD and I pod dock and a pub table with 4 chairs. There are also lots of board games, so you won’t have time to be bored. A full bath with a large jetted tub with shower is also on this top level. While up here playing games with the family or shooting pool with your friends you can still enjoy the view out the large windows.

The next level down from the main floor there is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer and a hall closet off the hallway leading to the bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms. Both have King beds, closet, nightstands, 26” flat screen TV with built in DVD players and a chair. Each have a full bath including a large jetted tub with a shower and a door out to a deck with rockers. From this deck you will go down another level to the bottom deck with rockers and a door to the indoor pool. The indoor pool is heated and ready for swimming all year around. Inside the pool room there is a sofa and love seat rocking sectional, a stereo with CD and I pod dock so you can enjoy your favorite music while swimming or just sitting around talking. A full bathroom with stand up shower is also off this room.
