Description of the Gatlinburg vacation chalet rental
The green tin roof and faux log siding is only the beginning of this cabin’s perks. The creek that gives this home its name runs beside it year-round. You can enjoy it from the wraparound deck with its inviting hot tub or while preparing dinner on the nearby charcoal grill. If you step inside you immediately notice the attractive modern furnishings present throughout the home. The setting is even more memorable thanks to the angular nature of the walls and high ceiling associated with A frame construction. You enter the living room through either the front door on the sliding glass door on the deck. Here white walls and plenty of windows create a bright atmosphere. The floors are covered with plush carpeting. There’s a gas fireplace on one side of the room and the wrap around sleeper sofa on the other. There’s also a cable TV with DVD and VCR. On the opposite end of the home is the fully furnished kitchen and dining room (with space for 6). This space features mostly natural wood surfaces. Move further into the home and you’ll find the first bedroom and the downstairs full bath. This bedroom has a queen size bed and has direct deck access, as well as a TV with VCR. Upstairs is the home’s second bedroom. It has a queen size bed and TV with VCR/DVD as well as a private half bath. There is also an access door for the rear of the home. Don’t worry about being bored. In addition to all Gatlinburg has to offer there’s also a miniature lounge area with love seat and foosball table in the upstairs loft.

Area Information
No matter the season, attractions can be found in Gatlinburg TN. Spring, summer, fall, and winter fairs take place for people from around the world to enjoy. Visitors enjoy music and live demonstrations from many talented artists who make everything from candles and pottery to musical instruments. You will most definitely find all that you are looking for and more.
Dinner theaters also abound in the Great Smoky Mountains for those who enjoy musical shows of all varieties. From Gospel music, to Elvis impersonators, to comedy shows; visitors will have all of their entertainment needs met in the mountains of East Tennessee. The popular theme park, Dollywood, also resides in the Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. From May to September you can ride the waves at Dolly's Splash Country, or if you prefer cold weather activities, ski and snowboard on the slopes of the Smokey Mountains at the Ober Gatlinburg. Among the Gatlinburg attractions available, visitors will find rides, great food, country music, and live entertainment. One of the best Gatlinburg attraction is the newly constructed Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Regardless of age, people who come to this beautiful region will find something to enjoy as they pass time in the relaxing, yet fun-packed, towns spread throughout the magnificent Smokey mountains.
Whether you enjoy a relaxing scenic mountain drive through the Smoky Mountains or gazing at one of the magnificent waterfalls nestled deep in the Smokies, you'll be intrigued. Maybe mountain hiking to one of the many summits found here is more along your taste. All of which provides breathtaking scenes and memorable photo opportunities.
Additional excitement abounds in the Smokies. Spend an afternoon horseback riding, exploring the nearby caverns (Forbidden Caverns, Tuckaleechee Caverns), or walking one of the numerous guided trails. The more adventurous traveler will appreciate whitewater rafting opportunities available in the Smokies. Take further advantage of the splendor the mountains have to offer by spending an evening camping under the stars.

Honeymoon adventure

Relaxing charm is how I describe two nights at Kozy Creek cabin, Galinburg. The hot tub on the back deck is memorable, although no operating instructions were provided. The distinct lack of outside lighting on the side where the grill is located caused considerable inconvenience when cooking at night also. The bathtub drain was slow, and the light over the kitchen stove was burned out. Other than these shortcomings, I enjoyed my stay at Kozy Creek.

Great Place to stay for a great price

We really enjoyed our stay here! Large liiving room and kitchen and the master bedroom as well. Everything was to our satisfaction. We were close to downtown Gatlinburg, and Ober Gatlinburg just a short distance up the road. Especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the sound of the creek, which could be enjoyed in several different locations, with lots of outdoor seating. Very relaxing. We had a couple of questions and the owner got back to us right away- very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We took our time picking a place for our mini vacation and found this very reasonably priced compared to many many others. Would highly recommend for a couple or small family. It can sleep 6- but has only 1 full bathroom. For us it was perfect.

The place was very nice. The location was great and alot of room. I would of gave a 5 star, but the maid service never showed up to clean or swap towels and there was no wahser / dryer. Other than that I would recommend this place to stay.

No the cabin does not have a washer/dryer and is also not advertised with it but that is definetly on our "Wish List". Housekeeping was not able to enter the cabin because you had your pet inside and asked me to have the leave it outside which is what they had always done in the past but they now store all there necessary items such as sheet,towels, etc in the closet downstairs But besides that I am thrilled to know that you have left KOZY CREEK happy, enjoyed your stay and have also taken home with you some very nice memories that is very mportant to us, Please keep us in mind for any other future stays you may plan in the futre and by all means referrals are also very much welcomed.

It was a great cabin! It is sooo amazing in real life, a lot better than the pictures! It really was cozy and quaint. Even though the kitchen was set up a little awkward (dishwasher in a weird place, refrigerator door wouldn't open all the way) but it was still fantastic.

Stayed over Thanksgiving. Very KOZY! A bit difficult to find especially after dark,(although all paved roads). Once arrived, we found it clean and comfortable. Also to our surprise,had internet,which was very helpful to son who was studying for college tests. We spent about a 3rd of our time in the cabin and it allowed plenty of room and privacy for our 3 generation family. Each room had t.v,dvd,and vcr so we could enjoy our traditional Christmas movies in comfort. We cooked our holiday dinner,all breakfasts, and grilled out some. Definately need to add some larger bowls and pots and pans for those choosing to cook. This is an older cabin and could use a bit of updating but definately worth the reasonable rates charged. Annie was easy to work with and a joy to talk to. The wrap around couch was so comfortable my 2 grown boys 16 and 21 each slept on a side,wouldn't even pull the bed out. Has hot tub....we never used(just not our thing). Outside was very peaceful and could choose from 3 sides, a swing in front,our 2 different decks with different views. Can't imagine anyone not being able to relax and enjoy here while visiting the gorgeous Smokies! Thanks for sharing your home with us! Please don't paint over anymore of that beautiful tongue and groove wood. It's a timeless classic!

Honeymoon Heaven

We stayed at Kozy Creek Cabin for our Honeymoon and had such a great time. The cabin is beautiful, but could use some updating decorating inside. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and plan on coming back very soon. The cabin is in a great location, between Ober and Gatlinburg. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who is visting Gatlinburg! Annie was great to work with, thank you so much for making our Honeymoon so special!
