100 feet of private lake frontage on an all sports lake. Great for boating, fishing and all water sports. Lake is sandy and clear.

Dixon Lake is only 2 miles from beautiful downtown Gaylord. Downtown has many shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Cinemas are also close by. Gaylord is located in the heart of the midwest golf mecca, with many beautful and reasonably priced golf coures nearby.

Family Vacation Success

We had a great time. Beautiful lake. Friendly neighbors. Kids loved fishing off the dock. Awesome rides on the tube behind the boat. (very courteous boaters). Caught enough fish for dinner. Enjoyed the shade- it kept the cottage cool. Nice deck for a cookout. Made full use of the paddle boat. Nice location for a quick trip to the Bridge/Mystery Spot, etc. and if we forgot anything...Gaylord is 5 minutes away. Sportsmen will like that Jay's Sporting Goods is only a 7 minute drive. Really enjoyed our time at the Lake and we had everything we needed at the cottage.

Wonderful time on a beautiful, quiet lake.

The cottage and lake were perfect for us (3 adults, 4 kids). We enjoyed the beautiful lake most days and there was plenty of outdoor seating to spend most of our time outside. The lake was quiet and neighbors were nice. Loved the dock, paddle boat, and row boat! The cottage had everything we needed. Great waking up in master bedroom to the view of the lake. Saw loons and a bald eagle...the kids loved the black squirrels. We also loved downtown Gaylord...had ice cream twice and ate at the Sugar Bowl (good family restaurant). Great memories were made!

Beautiful property...

Fully outfitted log cabin was great for staying put and not having to run out to the store for small things.... Stayed with my 5 kids- they loved the lake and use of the boats and raft. Great family memories. The canopy of trees provides ideal shade for the cabin all day and allows for wonderful mornings and evenings on the deck and porch. Almost no mosquitoes--amazing!!! Bob K. was a delight to work with, and very attentive to our needs. The only negative surprise during our stay was that there is no A/C and we had a heat wave during our week. No regrets, had a great time.
