This Craftsman Bungalow was built in 1912 and is registered as one of Oregon's historical coastal properties. Located in Gearhart, Oregon it overlooks the Pacific Ocean and surrounding dunes.

Remodeled galley-style kitchen with eating nook, large dining room with built-ins, wood burning fireplace with Inglenook, spacious living area, laundry room, sunroom with window seats and outside deck, BBQ and picnic area with views of the surrounding dunes, ocean and Tillamook Head.

One queen bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 baths on main floor. One queen bedroom, 3 bunkbeds and 1 bath upstairs. House sleeps a total of 14 - great house for large groups or families. Bathrooms recently remodeled.

Easy walking access to beach, Gearhart eateries, antique and curio shops, and golf course. A great house in a great location with lots of Oregon coast charm.

Area Information

Gearhart is quiet, relaxed, laid-back. 10-15 minute drive to more hustle and bustle in the cities of Seaside, Cannon Beach, Astoria.
