This sophisticated Gearhart beach house sits on a large private lot with a big back yard. The house is conveniently located on the beach side of Marion St. three blocks south of the Gearhart golf course and clubhouse ... and is just a short two block walk to the beach!

We have recently remodeled the entire home with all modern conveniences but traditional beach charm exists throughout. The spacious Master Bedroom includes TV and plenty of closet and dresser space. The kitchen is totally refurbished with new appliances including gas range, microwave, refrigeration/freezer, granite surfaces and all the amenities for gourmet cooking. Dining for 14+. Off the kitchen is a large pantry/utility room. The spacious living room is light and bright with game table and wood burning fireplace with gas starter. The light filled Sun Room off the Living Room has Cable TV/DVD/VHS and a sleeper sofa. There is wireless throughout. The rear deck has patio furniture and Weber grill – perfect for entertaining. There is plenty of off street parking.

Grarhart is a quiet enclave on the the North Oregon Coast. Our home is just two blocks from Gearhart Golf Course. It's a short walk to tennis courts, store and Pacific Way restaurant and bakery. One block out our deck and you are in the beach grass leading down to the beach. Seaside is just a few minutes south on Hwy 101 with shopping, movie theatre, restaurants, and amusement for children of all ages. Astoria is 10 minutes north on Hwy 101 with more shopping, dining and sightseeing.
