JoJo's Beach House is suitable for 2-7. Two BR, Master Queen (brand new!)bed, bunk bed (double bottom, single top) and foldout couch.Additional inflatable bed available on request.
JoJo's Beach House is truly adorable and tastefully furnished with Private Beach Access. I wanted to equip & furnish the house as if I was staying there.

I just purchased and refurbished the Beach House 2008. Furniture is Pier One/Hampton Bay or antique/vintage. The wood floors were uncovered, sanded and sealed (by me!). Fresh paint, beautiful Pier One hemp area rugs. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, flatware, glassware and cookware/utensils) with microwave, full size fridge, apartment size stove, toaster, coffeemaker, disposal. Gas grill and deck furniture. New bath with shower massage, plenty of fluffy towels, and hotel like amenities (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, razors, etc.). Master bedroom is antique/vintage--Queen white metal bed with mahogany dresser. Second bedroom features bunk bed, single on top and double futon bottom. The futon is a thick, true futon mattress and very comfortable for adults and kids.Both bedrooms offer soft and comfortable linens and pillows and generous closets. Living room features a fold down sofa with sleeping linens and pillows. The satellite TV entertainment center is stocked with movies (kids and adults), playing cards, games, puzzles, Legos, etc. You'll find area information such as restaurants, beaches, wineries, attractions, maps and more in the Beach House.

Seasonal Weekly Rate $685. Weekday Daily rate is $125-$150 (2 night minimum), Weekend $150 (2 night min), Holiday weekends $150 (3 night minimum), $175 (two nights) $225 (one night). All linens (sheets, blankets, towels) included. Just bring clothes and food!

Rates subject to change prior to receipt of deposit.
