JoJo's Beach House is suitable for 1-7. Two bedrooms. Master Bedroom Queen bed, second bedroom features a bunk bed (double bottom, single top), Living Room features a foldout couch.Additional inflatable bed available on request.All linens (sheets, blankets, towels) included as well as toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Just bring clothes and food!

JoJo's Beach House is truly adorable and tastefully furnished. I wanted to equip & furnish the house as if I was staying there. You'll find hotel like extras and amenities, such as comfy bed linens and pillows and fluffy towels.

And the owner is always just down the street if needed.

I purchased and refurbished the Beach House 2008. Furniture is Pier One/Hampton Bay or antique/vintage. The wood floors were uncovered, sanded and sealed (by me!). Fresh paint, beautiful Pier One hemp area rugs. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, flatware, glassware and cookware/utensils) with microwave, full size fridge, apartment size stove, toaster, coffeemaker, blender and disposal. Gas grill and deck furniture. New bath with shower massage, plenty of fluffy towels, and hotel like amenities (hair dryer, soap, shampoo, razors, etc.). Master bedroom is antique/vintage--Queen white metal bed with mahogany dresser. Second bedroom features bunk bed, single on top and double futon bottom. Both bedrooms offer soft and comfortable linens and pillows and generous closets. Living room features a fold down sofa with sleeping linens and pillows. The satellite TV entertainment center is stocked with movies (kids and adults), playing cards, games, puzzles, Legos, etc. You'll find area information such as restaurants, beaches, wineries, attractions, maps and more in the Beach House.
