Description of the George Town vacation b&b rental

Two small, intimate and relaxing hotels on Great Exuma, one of the Out Islands of The Bahamas.
Beaches, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, sailing, tennis, shelling and golf
are just some of the things you can do at Club Peace and Plenty or Peace and Plenty Bonefish Lodge. Go to
Stocking Island on our free ferry service for hotel guests. Located in the center of George Town,
near the government building and the 'Straw market', 'P and P' is known by sailors and adventurers worldwide. 32 A/C rooms,(with 3 two room suites) all our rooms have a view of the ocean or our pool, ceiling fans, hair dryers,
mini-fridge, coffee maker and TV. Call our reservations dept.

Area Description

Exuma is a pristine area of clear water, clean beachs and a fairly clean island. There are plenty of fish, deserted beachs or sand bars and out of the way local places to make an enjoyable stay. There are historical and cultural sites and events depending upon the time of year. We recently completed installing a waste water treatment plant that is producing much needed fresh water for our landscaping.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Take a walk around 'the pond' and see the Straw market, Eddies Edgewater, the government building and the marina. You can visit a 'salt pond' and many pristine beaches with a short ride. There is tennis and golf not far away.

Lil and I had a great stay at Peace & Plenty. I bought a "Doctor of Libation" mouse pad so there's a daily reminder of our pleasant memories at P&P. Lil took her banjo to Exuma and we had some fun-filled sing-alongs pool side with our friends and other guests. It's amazing how quickly everyone becomes part of the Peace & Plenty family. Charlie said everybody's singing got a little bit better with every drink Lermon poured. Thanks Barry to you and your brother for your major investment in upgrading Club Peace and Plenty. I'm sure it will be money well spent. Please also pass on to Neville our appreciation for his being such a graceful host during some stressful times.

On January 12th I was in Exuma on business for Shell Bahamas Limited. After being at the local airport for several hours waiting for Bahamasair they cancelled the flight( what else is new!!!). Several people including myself were stranded on the island for the night. Bahamasair made reservations at your Beach Inn. I was very skeptical at first not having stayed anywhere on the island. I was very pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed your Inn immensely. The staff was very friendly, the room(1B) was very clean with a great view of the water. I had probably one of the best Grouper dinners ever.
Most of the time people only write to complain but I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay.
