Description of the Gettysburg vacation home rental

This is a no frills 4 bedroom apartment attached to a garage with a full kitchen, one bathroom and a large common space. It is an excellent location across from Gettysburg College and only 3 blocks from the circle in the center of town. Very nice neighborhood. Cable TV included. There are dishes and pots and pans but no daily maid service. There is a refundable damage deposit require and a $45 cleaning fee. Taxes are 3% and 6% local and state.

Area Information

Come to Gettysburg and participate in the 150th anniversary of the civil war. There is Gettysburg is an hour south of Harrisburg (and Hershey) and an hour east of Lancaster (Amish country) and just over an hour north of Baltimore and Washington. It is a cross roads made famous by this country’s most costly of battles. The town has maintained it historic character was also providing many sights and attractions. There many restaurants within walking distance as well as cafes like the Ragged Edge and bakeries such as Well Family Bakery which are sure to please.
