Minutes from the Gettysburg battlefield, skiing, horse back riding, antiquing, shopping, galleries, great hiking and swimming. Gourmet kitchen, cable, comfortable antiques and art decor. Children and nice pets welcome.

We had a great time at the property and recommend it for those looking for a quiet relaxing weekend. It is very serene. We sat by the small lake watching hawks, bluebirds and other wildlife. Very convenient to D.C. (less than an hour from Rockville without traffic) yet seemingly very far away. Cannot see any of the neighbors and lots of land to explore around the property. Washer and dryer were helpful. Lots of kitchen supplies. Heating worked very well despite being a large house with many many windows. Had a great time and hope to go back soon.
