Beautiful appartement on the 2 floor, with a big terrace(50mq) in front of the Mediterranean Sea and the Eolian Island to enjoy wonderful sunsets every evening...
Very well furnished, possibility to dinner on the terrace and see the stars...and the boats who go to fishing.
The appartment has a bedroom, a livingroom with sofabed (for 2 persons), kitchen, bathroom. TV, microwave, washing machine. The beach is far only 7 min. walking. There you can do sailing, diving, paraflying, fishing or just enjoing our blu sea...

Gioiosa Marea is on the Costa Saracena, 10 km far for Patti with a Roman Villa of Imperial age, 20 km far for Tindarys a Greak site famous also for the black Madonna, 10 km far for Gioiosa Guardia a medieval site and 3 km far for Capo Calavà with his grottos. From Gioiosa is possible to join Taormina, Cefalù, Palermo, and the Eolian Island.
In the summertime there are a lot of activties and manifestations: teatre, fair of tipical food, music, dance.
