Description of the Gilbert vacation condo rental

Beautiful Island Lakes Community! Our condo is located across the street from the community pool and just a few steps from a small lake (Island Lake). Sit and relax by the pool or the lake - your choice! We have two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, the other with a daybed/trundle combination (converts to two twin size beds). Both bedrooms have TVs and a small desk for a lap top (internet connection included).

The condo is all on one level - no stairs to climb (just one step up from the garage and two up the front door).

Nonsmokers only please.

The kitchen is stocked with everything we could think of - coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, utensils, etc. Full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, and microwave.

The living room has a 32 inch flat screen TV.

There's an attached two-car garage plus limited driveway parking. Guest parking in front of unit (guest only though). There are 2 bikes in the garage for your use - take a ride around the lake. We also welcome you to use the golf clubs (one ladies set and one men's set). There is also a small private patio with a gas grill.

Area Information

North of Warner and West of Cooper in Gilbert. Centrally located to shopping, movies, restaurants, and golf. Easy highway access and 20 minutes to the airport.

As close to home as it gets

I arrived at this residence and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice this home was kept for a rental property. The owners obviously care about their home and you as the customer renting the home. The owners are accomadating, and pleasant to deal with. Very satisfied with this experience and I will try to rent this home for any future Arizona visits as my children and grand children now live in the area.
