Do not Rent an upscale Custom home in the Phoenix area without looking at this Beautiful Home!!

6200 Sq. Ft., 4 Bedrooms and a small nursery or small kids room and 3.5 baths in the main house.
Then there is 800 sq. ft. Guest House with a seperate living area, bedroom kitchen and bedroom. 1
acre lot (not too close to the neighbors), Huge peeble tech lagoon style pool and hot tub! 6 Car

Wow ! Wow ! Wow ! Is all we can say. This home is not only great for large family's but is also a golphers delight. I stayed in this home with six golfers at the end of March and you would be hard pressed to find anything of better quality in the greater Phoenix area. The pool area with Hottub,Pool,Grotto,Water Slide,Gas Firepit and BBQ was as good as you will find in any five star resort except you do not have to share it with anyone else. We found the Gilbert area to be excellent. We stayed in Goodyear last year but found the distance we had to travel each day to be about one hour each way but from Gilbert that travel time was cut in half. The owner was great to deal with and he even called us the first night to make sure that we found everthing we needed and that the house was up to our expectations. The third day into our trip we broke a chair by leaning back a little to far in it. We contacted Grant to let him know about the damage and he had the chair replaced witin two days. He wanted to make sure that the next group into the house had enough chairs to sit on. Now that is great service ! Thanks Grant - I would love to stay in your home again sometime in the near future and I will make sure that anyone I know that is going to Phoenix, knows about your home. Thanks again for a wonderful experiance.
