Wonderful / Spacious Home

My family and I rented this home from Rudy, during our visit to the Chandler / Phoenix area, for my Brothers Wedding!! The home is clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet location, within walking distance to a market, the upstairs balcony, off one of the 4 bedrooms, was a great place to have your morning drinks, and Rudy was a gracious host. It was a very enjoyable experience, to all be under one roof instead of individual hotel rooms !! The beds were all new and very comfortable mattresses, plenty of pillows and towels. My only suggestions would be an additional tv in the loft area, additional chairs for outside seating, and a nightstand/table in the upstairs bedrooms with a lamp; otherwise, the house included all the amenities one needed. Thanks so much to Rudy for making our visit to Arizona a very memorable experience. When returning to the Chandler/Gilbert area, I would most definitely look to see if this house was available.

My son and grandson came to AZ for spring training games. We stayed 5 days at this property and it was fantastic. Rudy was a gracious host and the house was like brand new. The home, area, and amenities within a wide area were absolutely wonderful. Quiet, restful, and quite central to all things one needed. We would definitely rent from Rudy again! This is a very nice new home to rent. All rooms furnished and kitchen is well stocked. Everything you need was provided. The location can't be beat: walk to grocery store, bank, post office. Close to freeway and new shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Neigboorhood is quiet, all newer homes in area with a park nearby. Owner maintains the property nicely. We stayed in the house 2 months and never had a problem. Would rent this or other houses from this owner again.
