Beautiful 4 bedroom 1,950 sq ft two story home idealy located in the heart of the East Valley. Sleeps up to 14 people - Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, on suite with separate tub and shower, dual sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, bedroom 3 has a double bed and twin sized bed and bedroom 4 has a twin over double bunk bed. Family room and living room each have sofa sleepers. Perfect for a family reunion,sports team or 2 groups of golfers!

Area Information

Idealy located between the 60 and 202 freeways for easy access to the entire valley. Minutes from The Superstitions Springs Shopping Center, the Gateway Crossing Shopping Center and the San Tan Village mall. Next to Big League Dreams Ballpark. Also within 20 minutes of several championship golf courses including, Superstition Springs G.C., Las Sendas, Ocotillo, Longbow, Trilogy at Power Ranch, Gold Canyon and Whirlwind.

Amazing family get together

April 2, 2013

Words cannot express the vacation we had in Gilbert, AZ. Our family has not seen each other in over 2 years....way too long! Our family came from Oklahoma, Montana and Washington to be together. We were all able to stay under the same roof. We talked late into the night on the patio and woke early to all sit at the dining room table and have our morning coffee. It was so wonderful. And the owner Emile was amazing and so accomidating; he was always only a phone call away if we needed something. Thanks again for this amazing family vacation....we are going to make it a yearly event in Gilbert, AZ at this same location!

Great Home!

We rented this home as a base of operations for our large family (there were 9 of us) while preparing for my son's wedding. (We live in Boise, Idaho and the wedding was in Mesa) It worked out splendidly. We were able to save money on lodging and food while participating in all the wedding activities. We hosted an open house meet-and-greet party for both sides of the family for around 40 people. It was nice to be able to relax and visit with the guests we had invited to the wedding some of whom had traveled from as far away as Canada. We couldn't have done it if we had been staying in a hotel. The home has four different areas to "hang out" in, the kitchen (which has 4 bar stools), the dining area, the family room, and a living room which allowed people to form conversational groups. We also used the patio. The kitchen has plenty of cups and plates but isn't well furnished for serious cooking- the pans and knives aren't great and there isn't a mixer. It is geared more toward casual, simple meal preparation and, of course, mixed drinks. (There are two blenders!) But it's a vacation home so it makes sense. One thing that wasn't good was that a farmer nearby spread fertilizer over his field and the smell was horrible! We had to keep the doors and windows shut but even so, the smell would creep in. But don't let that stop you from renting the home- it was just a coincidence and totally out of the owner's control! It was January and a little too chilly to keep the doors open anyway. On the day of the party we prayed and the stink did not rise until after 10pm. The owners are great to work with. We got our deposit back quickly. The house is beautiful and clean. The rooms are fantastic. The master bedroom suite is fabulous. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioner works well as does the heater. I'd happily rent it again.

Christmas in Phoenix

My family and I were super impressed with the homes decor and at home feeling, it was clean and accommodating, the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the house was easy to find, close to amenities, great parking, we are definitely planning another vacation at this home. We have let our friends and co-workers know about this great get away.

A Beautful Home Away From Home

What a fabulous and beautifully decorated home greeted our arrival on March 1. The pristine clean house has everything you could possibly need for your stay and more. Emile and Tammy have chosen the furniture and decor with great care and it definitely shows. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation home and are sorry to leave for the cold weather that will be waiting for us. Emile was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We never had an occasion during our visit to contact him with any issues regarding the house. We were certainly pleased that Phoenix broke the old record with a toasty 100 degrees yesterday and there are more nice days to come. Thank you Emile for everything!

Modern, spacious, & convenient

This is a beautiful home with nice furniture, appliances, and floorplan. Perfect for a large family or a blending of several smaller ones. The owner is very nice and responsive to needs. It's only 20-25 min. from the airport, and is close to lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. My family will definitely stay there again.

Great house in a very nice Gilbert location between Hwy 60 and the 202. Easy access to shopping, golf, etc. All the furniture in the home is brand new and well appointed. Community pool and park are less than a block away and both are excellent facilities. Great sleeping arrangements as well. Our family had plenty of space.
