One of the brest homes we have stayed at ! Neil was awesome to deal with and the house looks even better than the pictures show ! This is a great location and has everything you need just minutes away. The back yard and pool area are well cared for and a great place to spend the afternoons. This is a great place to stay and you would not be disappointed. thanks for having us Neil and we look forward to our next visit to the desert.

Amazing home and owner. You will not be dissapointed in any way. Better than the pictures. Best bang for the buck in the Valley. Already giving recomendations to our friends. This was our first Vacaction home rental experience and I am sure it will be very hard to beat. Thank you Mr K.

We spent our Christmas vacation at this home and it was so amazing. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice roomy place to stay.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a month and we were very pleased. The house is larger than the pictures indicate and there is plenty of room. We had members of our family visit and they were impressed as well. The house is located on a golf course in a NICE residential area with shopping, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Gilbert is a nice suburb and this property is in a safe neighborhood. The furnishings appear to be new and the property is clean and well kept. The mattresses on the beds appeared to be new. I think we used the pool table and the game table every day. The back yard is great. The pool and putting green are a nice combination of activities, and fun for kids and adults. We regularly used the outdoor grill, there is also an outdoor sink with running water and refrigerator. We even used a lemon from the tree for our drinks. The pool is clean and heated, there is a pool service that comes out once a week. There is a keypad (located inside the house) that controls the pool temperature, so we were able to set the temp when we used the pool. Nice feature. Everything was as advertised including the amount that we were charged. No surprises. Neil, the owner is easy to work with and easy to reach if you need something. We plan to return next year.
