Spectacular brand new luxury home on prestigious Governor's Island with all the amenities you are looking for. Southeastern sun exposure and beautiful Alpenglow sunsets you will not want to miss!!!! 3 fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and excellent water frontage . A large gourmet kitchen awaits you with state of the art stainless appliances, granite counter tops and new serving dishes and utensils. Make use of 3 separate sitting areas, the large open air deck, yard, U-dock, fire pit, waterside platform and 3 car garage. You will not regret a moment in this immaculate home. Upon entry to the main living area you are greeted by a wall of water views that are pure white in the winter. The mainfloor master bedroom features a king bed with 5 piece master bath, walk-in closets and private access to the balcony. In the study, a twin fold out is available. Upstairs features 2 additional bedrooms (Queen, Twins) each with their own bathroom and shower. An open air loft provides a Queen sleeper sofa that overlooks the downstairs family room. Area Information

The lakes region of New Hampshire has many things to do in the winter. Ice fishing, snowmobiling, ice skating and of course Skiing at Gundstock Ski Resort. We are also an hour out of North Conway and 20 minutes from the outlet shops in Tilton. Many great places to eat, Fun Spot for the kids and move theaters.
