Description of the Glendale vacation condo rental

You truely WILL have the best of many worlds. Staying here is like staying at a fine resort, but at a fraction of the price. This unit is not only clean, and comfortable, it is in the perfect central location and close to EVERYTHING. Inside the unit you will find-

*queen bed in master and guest room for added comfort

The unit itself is in a prime location within the complex. It is just around the corner from the pool and workout room. A courtyard is in front of the patio, covered parking is available, and the unit next door to mine is also available. Its the perfect set up for groups traveling together for weddings, reunions, or just hanging out with friends.

This complex is in a FABULOUS LOCATION...Across the parking lot is Thunderbird Paseo Park and Trails where you will enjoy the peace and serenity of being out in the open with walking and biking trails and signs along the way highlighting the many plants and animals that make AZ it's habitat.There is also a small playground, b-ball courts, and frizbee golf. Off in a different direction you will literally be across the street from cozy and quaint with...

Deposits: -Half of your length of stay is due to reserve your dates. =Full payment is due at least a week prior to your arrival, sooner if you're paying with a personal check. -No security deposit however, I will require credit card name and number in case something MAJOR gets damaged or broken. Hi Julie; we so appreciate your condo for our stay for 9 short days. Returning to sub zero temperatures in Ohio tomorrow will not be fun but this was the perfect home base for our stay. Close to our sons, convenient to everything. We were very comfortable and you have been most kind. We had everything we needed right here and other than food didn't need anything else. We stayed here the week between Christmas and New Year's. What a refreshing change from our usual hotel stay! The condo is clean, well kept, and has everything you could possibly need or want. It was such a treat to find coffee to make after a long day of air travel!! The complex is close to everything, yet amazingingly quiet. We will definitely recommend it to family and friends. This condo is the ideal destination when traveling with friends. We were four adults and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. Being able to have breakfast in the condo before starting the day was so convenient! The laundry facilities and the computer with internet were a definite bonus. The owner of the condo was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

While having a friend visiting from Northern British Columbia we rented this condo, for a week, when in Glendale attending a wedding. It was like a home away from home. Nicely furnished, clean and very close to the pool. All we needed to furnish was the food, everything else was provided. The location of the complex was perfect. The grocery store across the street was very convenient. The complex itself was very peaceful and quiet. The owner of the property was very accommodating and did everything possible to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.

This is a nicely furnished villa near the pool. The complex is located in a spot that is convenient to everything. My family and I had a wonderful time and really missed this place when we stayed at a hotel in Prescott -- less space and more expensive. Don't cram into a hotel or even a suite when you can stay in this lovely place. The owner will make you feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here.
