Description of the Glendale vacation condo rental

You truely WILL have the best of many worlds. Staying here is like staying at a fine resort, but at a fraction of the price. This unit is not only clean, and comfortable, it is in the perfect central location and close to EVERYTHING. Inside the unit you will find-
*stainless appliances, including dishwasher and
microwave
*granite countertops
*full size washer/dryer
*queen bed in master and guest room for added comfort
*computer w/internet set up in master bedroom
*laminate wood/carpet flooring.
*laundry soap, coffee, spices, and a few other items
added for your convenience


The unit itself is in a prime location within the complex. It is just around the corner from the pool and workout room. A courtyard is in front of the patio, covered parking is available, and the unit next door to mine is also available. Its the perfect set up for groups traveling together for weddings, reunions, or just hanging out with friends.

Off in a different direction you will literally be across the street from cozy and quaint with...

A great location

This condo is in a great location. Bike trails just across the parking lot and very easy driving to golf , lots of stores and restaurants. Close to Jobbing Arena for hockey fans. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked 6 weeks for 2013.

It is rare to find a combination of excellent service and accomodations. Julie was a pleasure to deal with. Old fashioned down to earth trust. We called last minute and offered a credit card to hold the unit and she not only held the unit but told us not to worry about the credit card. We will gladly refer our family and friends who wish to visit the Glendale area.

Hi Julie; we so appreciate your condo for our stay for 9 short days. Returning to sub zero temperatures in Ohio tomorrow will not be fun but this was the perfect home base for our stay. Close to our sons, convenient to everything. We were very comfortable and you have been most kind. We had everything we needed right here and other than food didn't need anything else. We stayed here the week between Christmas and New Year's. What a refreshing change from our usual hotel stay! The condo is clean, well kept, and has everything you could possibly need or want. GREAT PLACE TO VACATION WITH FRIENDS

This condo is the ideal destination when traveling with friends. We were four adults and we had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. Being able to have breakfast in the condo before starting the day was so convenient! The laundry facilities and the computer with internet were a definite bonus. While having a friend visiting from Northern British Columbia we rented this condo, for a week, when in Glendale attending a wedding. It was like a home away from home. Nicely furnished, clean and very close to the pool. All we needed to furnish was the food, everything else was provided. The location of the complex was perfect. The grocery store across the street was very convenient. The complex itself was very peaceful and quiet. The owner of the property was very accommodating and did everything possible to make sure our stay was a pleasurable one. I would certainly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay.

This is a nicely furnished villa near the pool. The complex is located in a spot that is convenient to everything. My family and I had a wonderful time and really missed this place when we stayed at a hotel in Prescott -- less space and more expensive. Don't cram into a hotel or even a suite when you can stay in this lovely place. The owner will make you feel right at home. I highly recommend staying here.
