Description of the Glendale vacation condo rental

If you are sold on the Westgate area, you can enjoy the largest and only 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 3 story vacation condo within walking distance to the Westgate area for your next getaway. For a limited time, we will match MOST reasonable offers in the Westgate area (excluding major events). It's truly a GREAT location. The Westgate area is amazing. Our Condo is one of a FEW corner condos, & we have many upgrades. It is the best of the best when it comes to floor plans…with the WIDE OPEN high ceiling floor plan, dark wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hi-tech TVs, 4 pillowtop mattresses & the oversized balcony is breathtaking. This is our second home, so we only rent out occassionally which also allows us to be flexible with times of arrival and departure, so you don't feel like you have to get out on time. Corporate luxury yet family friendly atmosphere. We do look forward to hearing from you. PLEASE NOTE *We are already booked for March 2010!

This newer fully furnished and spacious 3 story condo includes 3 full bedrooms with walk in closets and 3 bathrooms. The first level features a two car garage, a private entrance, and a large patio , overlooking the walkway to Westgate. The second floor includes a stunning kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, dining and living room with brand new Samsung LCD 46 inch flat panel HDTV, DVD player, cable TV, and an inviting gas fireplace, a large walk-out balcony with endless views of the Westgate shopping center, one of the three bedrooms are located on this level. Also included is a queen sized air mattress located in the 2nd story walk in closet and 2 twin cots. Even a playpen and hi chair. The third floor includes the master bedroom and the third bedroom. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit, so don't forget to bring your laptop to access the Internet!

All bedrooms include walk-in closets, plenty of hangers and a night stand. One of the three bedrooms located on the second floor, is furnished with 2 queen sized beds with new plush pillowtop mattresses, 26 inch flat screen TV, a playstation 2 with over 20 games, and a full bathroom just around the corner. The third floor includes the master bedroom with a new SIMMONS Beautyrest queen sized bed, luxurious bathroom and its own flat panel TV. Third bedroom also on this level is furnished with a new SIMMONS Beautyrest queen sized bed, flat panel TV and its own personal bathroom. Bedding colors and styles may vary. Clean linens included!

Area Description

The new Westgate community offers 2 resort style pools, spa, shaded ramadas with gas grills, limited access gated community and state of the art fitness center. Condo Amenities include: *Basic kitchen necessities *Full size washer and dryer *2 car garage *Wireless Internet *Cable TV *PlayStation 2 and games *Patio and Balcony *4 beds, sleeps 8 comfortably. We also have a queen inflatable mattress and 2 comfy twin cots.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Deposits: $300 fully refundable deposit. condo must be left in good shape, with no damage or excessive trash, dishes or laundry to do. A/C and heat must be within normal use. Remote garage door openers and keys must be returned. No smoking in unit, but smoking is permitted on first floor patio. Early check in and late check out must be requested in writing.
Other Fees: $100 non refundable cleaning fee. Cleaning fee covers laundry of towels, bedroom sheets, comforter covers, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, windows, wood floor sweeping/mopping.

A Fantastic place to stay, March 5, 2009

A group of about 11 guys including myself stayed at this location for about a week at the end of February 2009. The place is just beautiful. Not only does it have everything you could possibly need (flat screen TV's, fully furnished, huge kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and everything you would need for daily living) but it is in a phenomenal location. There are so many things to do around this area that are within walking distance. You would have to stay the whole year to experience it all. The owners of the property are also extremely nice and accommodating. The pool / hot tub area was also quite amazing. Any pool / hot tub area that has a gas grill, lounge chairs, and even outdoor bed's directly next to it is fit for a king. We all agreed that it was probably the nicest place we have ever stayed, and we do A LOT of traveling each year. We had a really great experience here and we would recommend this location to anyone who is staying in the Glendale area.

For anyone looking to vacation in the Phoenix area, you will be absolutely thrilled with your stay in this condo. Located literally steps away from the Westgate complex, which is filled with excellent restaurants and nightlife, you will find yourself unwilling to even travel outside of the location! If you are a sports fan, this is a mecca located within a few hundreds yards of the University of Phoenix stadium, Coyotes hockey arena, in addition to a plethora of golf in the surrounding vicinity. If you're like me you're a fan of upscale amentities within the places you stay. If you like plasma TVs, leather couches, stainless steel appliances and granite throughout the kitchen, beautiful views, and comfortable pillow top mattresses look no further! In addition, Becky is extremely kind and easy going and will make sure your stay is one to remember! Thanks again for making our stay in Phoenix one we will not soon forget!

I needed a place to work with a colleague for 4 days and chose this location. It allowed us to focus 100% on our new project. We spent 3 nights here and could not have been happier. It is a wonderful location and the condo has everything a person could desire. The condition was like new and unlike a lot of vacation homes this one did not skimp on furniture or electronics, it was all top of the line and very comfortable. Highly recommended. In fact, I would say this is the best vacation rental home in the West Valley. At least it is the best I have ever experienced and that is out about half a dozen stays at various locations.

This condo truly has it all. Rebecca has assisted in a way of remembering everything that is needed for your stay. All you have to do is SHOW UP! The condo also provides convenience for entertainment, dining, shopping and blocks from the football stadium. I promise you-you will not be disappointed. This condo is also very clean and the decor is very warming. I couldn't have ask for a more reasonable rate, convenient location to assist me in attending Nouveau Riche College.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and was in the perfect location! The owners are wondeful people to work with. They even made sure we had a Christmas tree for our holiday stay! If the need arrises we would stay there again in a heart beat.

My favorite restaurant is the Yard House...try it you'll like it. Stop into Appricot Lane, it's a trendy boutique my 17 year old daughter loved. My teens had a great time with all that was available to them within walking distance. Sports, shopping, food (the bottomless pit, my 15 year old son), movies, and endless people watching.

One cannot go wrong staying in this Westgate condo!

My husband and I with our two little girls loved this place. It was set up so the kids cold enjoy themselves as well as have our own space and still be able to keep an ear on them. My favorite thing about the condo was the beds. They were so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The big screen T.V was great for my two little ones and especially my big one. I felt really safe behind the coded gated entry and perimeter. Rebecca was really great and accomodating to what we really needed for our stay, she is really a wonderful person! We will definitely be heading back for future stays.

This condo was spectacular! From the hardwood floors, to the granite countertops and all the modern amenities this place had everything we wanted in a get away stay. We went for a Coyotes game and were able to walk to the stadium. Everything you would want to do on your getaway weekend is right outside the gated entry. The owners were very accomadating to our needs and provided us with anything we asked for. I will be contacting Rebecca again for future stays.

This place is beautiful!!! It is in a perfect location right next to the Westgate! The Westgate is packed with restaurants, shops, a movie theather, and stadium. You do not even have to leave the area there is plenty of entertainment within walking distance. I loved the condo!! The layout is great!! Rebecca thought of everything you could possibly need while away from home! Rebecca was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. :) I plan to stay there in the future and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay! Sabrina, Florida
