Description of the Glendale vacation condo rental

Within this 2006 gated community is a fully furnished condo with all the amenities from home. Full master suite with queen bedroom has master bathroom complete with double vanity, shower, separate toilet, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bedroom with full bathroom right next door. Living room has love seat and queen sleeper with tv, dvd player, and iPod dock for all your entertainment needs. Full kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer. Condo also features attached 1 car garage and private patio. Community swimming pool, whirlpool, and gas grill are also available on site.

Glendale is home to over 450 restaurants and is situated just minutes between the Desert Sky and Metrocenter malls. The Glendale Office of Tourism sponsors a Shop Glendale program offering shopping, dining, and activity discounts to visitors. The University of Phoenix Stadium host to the Arizona Cardinals, 2011 BCS National Championship Game, concerts, and more is also located in Glendale. For the sports enthusiasts, HoHoKam Park home of the Chicago Cub's spring is a mere 20 minutes away in Mesa while the Arizona Diamondbacks home at Chase Field is a 10 minute drive. Chase Field also hosts such events as FHA soccer, supercross, monster jam, and various concert events.

• Deposits: Deposit of half of total amount of stay or $500 (whichever is less) is required to reserve date(s). $500 fully refundable security deposit is also required. In order for security deposit to be fully refunded, the condo must be left in good shape, with no damage or excessive trash, dishes or laundry to do. A/C and heat must be within normal use. Remote garage door openers and keys must be returned. No pets or smoking in unit, but smoking is permitted outside on patio.
   
• Other Fees: $150 non refundable cleaning fee. Cleaning fee covers laundry of towels, bedroom sheets, comforter covers, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, windows, vaccuming, sweeping, and mopping.
