Only minutes to the University of Phoenix Stadium (Home of the Arizona Cardinals)(SUPER BOWL XLIX on 02-01-2015 and Jobing Arena(Home of the Coyotes Hockey Team), and the Marriott Renaissance Hotel. If you are coming to see you favorite football team, hockey team, spring baseball team or even your favorite band, you are so close to it all and only a few miles to Spring Training facilites.
This is The Quarter at Westgate. A Fun, activity-paced Community in Glendale, AZ. We are located in the east entrance to Westgate City Center. Where there is plenty for everyone to do and ALL within walking distance. Many restaurants, entertainment, shopping, AMC Movie theater(and Harkins Theater only a mile or so away @101 and Northern) Oh, and all the dining. You can enjoy Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville, The Yard House, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Bar Louie, Shanes Rib Shack, Kabukis Japanese, & Johnny Rockets(see link to menus). Entertainment includes- The Shout House (Dueling Piano Bar) & AMC 20 Movie Theater, Shopping includes- The new TANGER Outlets, Cabelas Sporting Goods, The Body Shop, Roxy, Puma, Skechers, Quicksilver, Sweet O's & Just Sports just to name a few.
Our 3 story, 1400 plus sq ft Condo with 2 Car Garage is fully furnished with a mixed collection contemporary and traditional cozy furnishings that will make you feel right at home.

Our gourmet kitchen offers the variety to cook any meal you desire. With all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and a very open kitchen stocked with all the amenities from pots/pans, dishes, to spices. Refrigerator is stocked with bottled water.
Both master and the second Bedroom have 32" flat panel TV's!! The Master Suite has a huge King Size Bed, night stands, torchere lamp and dresser. The Bath has an over sized Roman Tub as well as a separate shower. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen Size bed, 2 night stands and dresser with it's own bathroom right around the corner. Both rooms are furnished with pillow top mattresses, clean linens and large walk in closets and clothes hampers. Also a full size washer and dryer on this floor, iron and ironing board, detergent and softener too.
The living area is perfect for extra visitors with a queen sized sofabed. There is a 1/2 bath right around the corner on the same level.
Our home is cleaned prior to your arrival, and if you desire cleaning during your stay it is available for an additional cleaning fee.
Lets not forget our beautiful pool and hot tub right outside your door. With chairs, lounges and cabana beds. Right next to the pool is a club house that has a state of the art fitness center for all your work-out needs.

This Town Home was the best. It was beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything you would need in a kitchen. Both bedrooms were very spacious. All you needed to do is walk out the back door and there was the pool. Plenty of great places to eat and shop.

This condo is beautiful and is equipped with absolutely everything you would need. Four of us stayed (ages 60+ and 20+) and none of us could think of anything we didn't like. It is very well maintained inside and out. The pool is beautiful and great for swimming even in 60 degree temperatures. Mattresses and linens were quality... very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Close to tailgating and access to fiesta bowl. beautiful lodging! Thanks Ken for a great stay.

We stayed here in March, very nice Condo, liked that we had a garage. Nice clean pool and workout room just out the door of the condo.Several nice restaurants on site. Several Spring training teams close along with a Pro Hockey team on site. Close to the 101 and I-10. Can't go wrong with this condo.

Excellent Place to Stay

We had a wonderful time at this elegant condo. Pleanty of room for me and my friends to enjoy a six-day Cincinnati Reds spring training trip. The condo is in an excellent location to many restaurants, bars, and other unique attractions. The pool and fitness facility was a great way to start our days! We most definitely will inquire about the availability of this condo on all subsequent trips to the Phoenix area! Thanks so much!

The location was fantastic. Near the football and hockey stadium and a great shopping development with great restaraunts and bars. The pool and hot tub was just out the front door. The property was secure and very quiet. The condo had everything we needed...towels, dishes, glasses, etc. Property owner is very nice and made this a worry free vacation. I would stay here again on our next trip.

We arrived at the condo where we were met by the homeowner. He carefully went over details and went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were connected to the internet, which was important to us. There were all the amenities of home to the smallest of details, including cold bottled water in the refrigerator. The condo was very comfortable for our 10 day visit. It was also reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We made use of the pool and Jacuzzi, which were kept very clean. Our family would highly recommend this property and would absolutely come back. June 2011

We had the pleasure of staying at this Westgate Condo to go to a couple playoff games. It was was like staying in a five star hotel with all the amenities of home. The owner was there to meet us on arrival and everything was spotless for our stay. Will definitely stay again.

My family spent 8 nights in Dec 2010. Everything we expected and more. Great location to walk to Cardinals or Coyotes games. Good eats at Westgate. Pool and gym were never busy. Better than expected!

This lovely and EXTREMELY convenient condo was everything as described plus more! We spent the afternoon and evening taking advantage of all that Westgate had to offer: movie, dining, hockey game, and nightlife. We didn't have to hassle with parking and had a pleasant, short walk back to condo after a full day. The decor was very pretty and the condo comfortable. The owner was so thoughtful and left a special goodie for us since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I would highly recommend this to my friends or anyone who wants a nice, safe, comfortable and reasonably priced getaway!
