SUPER BOWL / FBR OPEN RENTAL. HOTELS 100% SOLD OUT!!!!!
3 Bedroom 2 Bath House located only 9 miles from the stadium.
House sleeps 6 comfortably with a Queen in the master, California King in the guest room and queen size pull out sofa bed. Queen size Aero bed available as well. Internet access in office and Cable/DVD in living area.
$1000/day with a 2 day minimum, or $5000 for the week.
Golf, grocery and restaurants nearby. Starbucks within walking distance.
$150 Non-refundable cleaning fee.
Cleaning service provided during your stay upon request for a fee.
$500 Security Deposit for personal or pet damages, which is 100% refundable after evaluation of house.
First payment of 25% due within 10 calendar days of agreement.
50% due on or by January 1st.
Remainder due by January 31st.
